I doubt Baryom is going to expand the business into sports betting. Most casinos with dice as their main game are not interested to add sports betting on the site. I have seen many people suggested the same thing on other dice sites since the closing of DB. Unfortunately I do not see any dice sites attracted to add sporst betting. Probably bitsler will remain like this (vs house game only) which I think more profitable than sports betting. I think unless its a major game like the Super Bowl there aren't too many people out there that are betting on these games especially online with Bitcoin.

Wait, will it affect Baryom's business if they expand? I think no but Baryom knows what will be the best for them. Also some people suggested other dice owners to not add different games and that happened for example on primedice. There is dice in their name, so it would be really bad idea but bitsler name is like a brand, it's a big difference too. If not sport betting, then add poker, slots, p2p games and etc.
