Many of the BCH holders actually are probably glad that it took them so long to credit BCH.

Basically its like the people who held BTC during the fork on Coinbase. It took them 4 months to add it to their exchange and they were frustrated but they did them a favour because in the end BCH grew to over 4 figures and people made crazy amounts of money with them.

Aug 1st BTC was like $2700 or so, but many of the late BCH holder sold their BCH at that price pretty much. So they doubled their money.

Easy. The reason why they had to add it was for liability reasons.

Look how many services and exchanges said they would not list Bitcoin cash but in the end they caved and either added it for trading or for withdraw.

I am sure if bcash crashed and went to $0 then it would not be listed anywhere and people wouldn't be suing anyone to get it. But since it's so valuable they had no choose but to list it

If we do not do suspicious things from their point of view, I guess they will not ask for such a thing. This is very common to happen when a casino discovers the strange behavior from their client and then asks for the client's identity.

First time I heard such thing. Where did you get it from? And is your account been locked ? Because even if you register it in the first place they wouldn't be asking your personal information. What you are asking for might be from a phishing site or something. My tip is for you not to disclose any information as gambling sites are not like exchanges which you need to be identified with.
