is it me or Bitsler's thread as of lately has been revolving around faucet
its use,legality of faucet wins,faucet bans etc.
I think Bitsler is more than a site with  one of the best faucets around and its thread deserves more discussion of the games,strats and the site itself ,but it seems
like there are so many new accounts joining in every day and online numbers are,probably,the highest I'm seeing in the industry (currently at 1250 players online!)

Your account just restricted from claiming faucet right? not your account fully blocked?

If yes, then how come you even can't send a message to their support team?

I didn't understand why can't you send a message to them directly from your account if your account banned only for faucet claim?

Last time they gave an answer for Burst coin exchange is - we are not an exchange but a gambling site so we will disable when prices are fluctuating a lot. But in the crypto market most of the times prices are fluctuating lot so don't know how they are managing this part.

exactly it is a valid point, Bitsler is gambling site just for players convenience they allowed exchanging coins in there website.

and I think you need to be level 10+ to be able to use the exchanger.

exactly it is a valid point, Bitsler is gambling site just for players convenience they allowed exchanging coins in there website.

exchanger is working for me perfectly
there are level requirements,you have to be level 10+ to be able to use it
also it can be temporarily turned off when prices are  too volatile
there will be no point for the owner to lose money on exchanges when the prices update every 30 seconds and the rate could go up or down >5% in this period of time

Hi guys,


Let's welcome 2 new coins on Bitsler : Monero (XMR) and Ethereum Classic (ETC) !!
They both will be added on monday around 2pm GMT during a quick update





Happy to see this thread so activ, even if I don't always agree with what I'm reading here Smiley

As I have read before, Bitsler is not an exchanger or a trading site, so when the market is a bit crazy (prices fluctuaing too much)  the exchanger is disabled to avoid any issue.

About faucets, not much to say in my opinion, yes some accounts are banned from faucets (also sometimes from receiving/sending tips) because our system or an admin has noticed an abuse.
We are always answering to all the question sent to our support even when it's from someone who clearly tried to abuse us.
To be honest I don't think that faucets are a big deal for real gamblers, but it's just my opinion.
By the way we are already working on a new faucet/level/reward system to avoid those issues/questions in the future. It will take some time but it should please everyone:)
