Bitsler has grown up a lot already and now they should consider providing a live support for fast responses instead of waiting for their support team to reply when they are back. But usually, they will reply within a day for all the issues if you send a ticket to their support team.

What is bitsler need to introduce? I think everything is already on site and there is nothing to introduce anymore unless there is new feature that they are going to implement recently. So if Baryom is going to add this, then he should be able to find well experienced and trusted people to handle the live support.

What reason did they give you for the withdrawal cancel?

I don't think simply they will cancel it any withdrawals.

Number losses you can verify each bet whether it is probably fair or not. if you find something wrong then you can post those proofs otherwise no one will believe that they will cheat.

Changing the seed doesn't really do anything in terms of randomness or luck.

Whether it's a new seed or a incremental nonce your next roll will be completely indepdant of the prior roll.

I know you feel cheated but try and learn first how provably fair works with hashed and unhashed seeds and you will realize that you lost due to bad luck and not being cheated.

Good observation panjul07 I guess this account is created for the sole purpose of trolling threads of gambling/casino sites. I don't even know what he will benefit or he is expecting to came out of what he is doing. To keep it simple he is just wasting his time with accusations without facts. We don't even have proof that he is gambling on these sites. He could easily be just a faucet farmer who got his IP address banned by several sites that is why he is being salty about it.

If you know server seeds and player's seed, you can know roll number. That's why bitsler doesn't offers investment option because there is no way it can be fair (for example register on website, win much and say goodbye to investors).
But what you claim isn't correct. There are a lot of websites which uses this system and if you lose, doesn't means it's not fair. Also while someone loses, someone wins too and people have really won much here.

Once site grows bigger then the most important factor will be customer service, not just site maintenance. Because people expect a fast response from the support.
