As veletan said, you sure do not being forced to change your account to be a vip user, so you can be able to stay back into using an old account there. Do you even see any site that are giving such as 10k of satoshi per claim(to be precise, it is 15k per claim with diamond rank)? I do not think any big site can give such thing like bitsler did. And there is also a bonus chest which is really giving a good payout as well which is worth your time to play. So it is not a nonsense changing your account into their VIP |

Dont know what their issue is but i have been waiting on several withdrawals for going on 6 hours now.
Never had this issue before with old account. Now all of a sudden my withdrawals are pending and no word from support and mods are no help. 6 hours for a withdrawal is unacceptable.
I gues this will be in connection with the binance hack which have made withdrawal and deposits strict on so many platforms, and if bistler is having a cold wallet on the exchange then they operations may be affected from this decision, just my own opinion any way cause am experiencing the same problem too so you just have to be patient till everything get back to normalcy. |

Hello, There was a lot of accounts linked to your account and we had to verify some stuff. No need to send a ticket support or anything else when you got a pending withdrawal, it is just slowing down the process. All your withdrawals have been sent a few hours earlier. Cheers, |

If you want to stay on your previous VIP, you have no problem you may still stay on there, no one will force you to join on new VIP program. And if you compare new VIP program with the old VIP program then you would be able to know the difference and benefit of new VIP program. |

Hmm that's odd. I was about to advise to use your email address to recover your password and account but the site asks for the username and email address. The absence of the username will not allow you to recover your password. So in your case where you forgot your username, that's going to be hard. maybe you need to send a ticket for that to help you out. |
