What happened:
Chatting on PH room when a PUBLIC NOTIFICATION/ANNOUNCEMENT said "User xxxxxxx has been muted for xxxxdays", it happened that user I have chatted with for several times, have shared some strategies on ENG chat etc etc etc in the past, so I moved to ENG chat and asked the mod: "Why was (user) muted @modname?"

And BAM, I was muted!

Dumbfounded and not knowing why I was muted, I immediately created another account jamyr123.

Then I asked why I got muted for asking that question without even a warning or a word?



If I have no right to react/ask, do not post it in public and every room. And a Final Warning would be enough to set a user's expectation.

I hope that they could clarify this issue ,
Bitsler has been around for so long and I think they should inform any user why would they be muted or maybe you have done something that is against the chat rules that's why you have been muted.

I have no idea either. Not playing on Bitsler for months now and i was very glad that when i check my email in promotions folder there is the email that they sent me 50k satoshi. Yes, in the last few years ago they sure giving some amount through PM because it is only small number to be PMed and much of them are in forum so it is better sending them here(I got once as well).
