I tried to login and open chat with my android and everything works perfectly, website takes a little bit to load, anything else works well. Do you use android or ios? And oh, I was using google chrome latest version for android. Don't know if you have that problem because of invalid ssl which they had but try to clear cache or try with different browser if using android. If this still fails, then developers will take care of it. There seems nothing to be wrong in Bitsler's chat code.

Why did you contacted them twice? You should wait at least 24 hours before create another ticket. They might be still busy or have something to do with another support ticket

Why did you contacted them twice? You should wait at least 24 hours before create another ticket. They might be still busy or have something to do with another support ticket i clearly stated that i have waited a full 24h before creating another ticket, and only wrote this reply after 48h have passed without hearing anything from them

There are two ways to do this, one, by simply replying to the email, this will update your ticket and support will get notified, or two, you can sign-in to https://help.bitsler.com using your Bitsler email, and you will be able to see all your tickets and be able to update them. I'm not with the support team, but by making multiple tickets, it gets routed to different support agents which will make it harder to solve. Also to have your concern solved as soon as possible, provide all necessary details that can prove that your account really belongs to you. example(but not limited to) your registered email, any tx id that you may have a record of on your account or anything that could prove you own the said account. This way, you and the support agent won't have to exchange replies back and forth. -uni

Well, looks like it was when opening the site from the gmail app. Then it stays within the app. If I open it in Chrome, it worked fine. Yes I get this issue before whenever I use any gambling website to reset my password or create a new password. Basically if you use an app like Reddit or Discord or Gmail and someone posts a link that you want to click, if you click that link it won't open it with Safari/Chrome on your device, its opens it within the app and since this its not the actual browser you get issues, especially with navigation. Its basically meant to be a shortcut to look at a photo of a chart and nothing more. Another reason why they do it so you can quickly go back to the Reddit/Discord app by clicking Back instead of having to push the Home button and relaunch your app after the browser has opened. I understand why they do this. Its suppose to make the mobile experience easier but there needs to be an option where you can pick how you want the link to be viewed. Whether by the default app or within another app. Surprised there is no options in the Settings where you can configure this. This is why its best not to gamble on a mobile device, there are many issues and on a laptop and desktop its best.

The only problem that I encounter when using a mobile device when playing at any online casino is sometimes its lagging other than that it works fine specially if you are using high end phones that is built for gaming. I also tried using Brave browser recently and it works fine with me and I think its much better than using Chrome on my mobile device.

Basically gambling using mobile devices is OK as long as we are gambling carefully, we need to make sure everything we type is correct before clicking any buttons especially bet button or anything related to our balance especially when we are going to deposit or withdraw. Indeed, it is more recommended to use desktop for better experience. Using mobile devices is recommended for those who gamble for fun only on their spare time while working or while doing other activities. So far I have no issues while accessing bitsler on mobile browser, but still I prefer to use desktop.

To open links directly on Chrome instead: - Open the Gmail app
- In the left menu, open the Settings
- Click on "General Settings"
- Disable "Open web links on Gmail"

I can not disagree with you. Using desktop devices to gamble is much more conveniently and safely than mobile devices. It is also more safely for our balance, because if we do a typo and not see it before clicking on button to gamble, We might get big loses if we do terrible typos. Desktop devices usually have better screen and we obviously more comfortable to use computer mouse rather than touchpad or touch screen on mobile devices.

Yes, we should use chrome to get a good service I have also tried to use gmail app and that is not a good way to use bitsler that's why I have disabled the app for bitsler. Now I only use chrome.

But with movile version, I can't do much about the autobot, it seems like hard to use any strategy. I recommend to use mobile version when you guys want to play for some period of time. May be like aim for profit by martingale it on every bet you make until it hits. For a long term that most people do by using autobot is never recommend. But overall everything is cool when you can go through mobile

Swiping the screen, especially when we want to do an auto roll, can accidentally change the settings we have made. And because the screen is relatively smaller, we may forget the parameters we should change before hit the roll button. I have some bad experiences with mobile devices tho

And because the screen is relatively smaller, we may forget the parameters we should change before hit the roll button. I have some bad experiences with mobile devices tho I agree. I only gamble on my iPhone with a small balance, basically do it if I am in the waiting room at the doctors and want the time to pass by faster. However I had issues with mobile. I remember a few years back, I went to a gambling site, didn't make an username/password/email due to laziness and made a deposit and then my phone was lost and couldn't get that account back. Another issue is that its easier to control a mouse and a keyboard rather than type and move around in a touchscreen. It wouldn't be so bad if it's on a larger device like an iPad because the screen is larger but on a iPhone 5S it's very difficult to navigate. I understand that times are changing and people are moving away from desktops/laptops but there are certain things that should be done on a proper computer if gambling with large balances. Same with trading Cryptos, I generally only check the price on my phone but I usually only enter/exit trades on an actual computer. Due to phone hacks and other issues that can come up like public wifi being unsafe.
