I had the same concern with our local bookies, I think this isn't really on Bitlser problem alone as in other sportsbook, I also encounter the same problem, but overall, I would say my new experience with bitsler is good. I think BITSLER is totally bogus regarding sports. They have no cancel option or cashout option after placing a bet. While almost all the reputed sportsbook has sell/cashout/cancel or any option something like that. But they have nothing like this. I am a long time gambler of sportsbet, I still remember the time that they don't have that kind of feature, it was the cash out option was just new like 1 to 2 years, I just can't fully remember as I am not using it most of the time. Though Bitsler does not offer than option, you should still not call it a "bogus" as they have build their reputation, let them improve their sports betting services to us but never call them like that as that's an accusation.

That's really the way it is forecasting, isn't it?  That when you bet and the game starts, you can not change or withdraw what you bet.  To me alone, I am not in favor of such a feature.  Yes, others like that feature but you have to have a stand on your decision.  As for the issue or error experienced in the sportbook, there is probably no problem if you are not deceived or have not wasted money.  And the problem is if you bet and you win then suddenly disappear.

But I hope the representative will be active here again to answer the complaint or notice that action must be taken.

I think they are good in dice and other casino but for sportsbook they are very premature and they have not many users for sports for their feature. They have many lack on their feature. For example on goal  section they have only 2 option both team teams to score yes/no. In few game there might have few additional. They should update a lot of thing regarding sportsbook. Otherwise they would not be able to increase member on sportsbook hence number of member will decrease.

I am not 100% sure but this might be because house edge is lower on dice and hence they do not give the same XP on dice as compared to other games, I am not sure though but I tried to enter 49.5% win chance on Boom game and the payout expected was 1.98 while when I tried the same settings on dice the payout was 2.0 which simply means the house edge on Boom must be higher than Dice and maybe same for other games as well.

I would like them to add more XP on wagering for sports because sports betting has the highest house edge and there should be more XP for sports bettors and maybe because bitsler recently added sports hence it is like that right now but really 2x is low considering other games with 2-3% edge are paying out 2X experience points but sports easily has 10% house edge I guess.

If there will be flaws or sort of bugs, they will be fixed immediately. We have been aware and witnessed how good bistler in improving and how they maintained their niche. As for sportsbook, no one forces everybody to come and get them with their added game. The features will be added a little by little until the satisfaction of everyone has been met. We can understand that because sportsbook was just launched this year, but how did you know that "almost no people" are playing in sports?

I will definitely agree with you on that, their sportsbook may not satisfy other people but for us we will continue to love it and support it. They are not perfect but they can still compete with other sportsbook, in fact their odds are better compared to some sportsbook, so I think I will still continue to gamble in this site.
