^^It is understandable to have "just in case KYC" rule, that is understandable for all the shady stuff people are doing, when they try many different scamming stuff then you ask for their KYC and that is the problem. However there are people who ask for stuff like scammers and double spenders and other stuff, casinos have to protect themselves so that is understandable. What I do not understand is the type of situation where KYC is a requirement even to start gambling and that is almost always bad, I try to never stay in those places.

Why would anyone who did nothing wrong get the KYC question even before gambling? That makes no sense, there should be no law regarding that and as we can see with plenty of casinos they do not ask for it, so the other ones that ask for it for "legal" reasons are lying for sure or they are running their business horribly. This place should be a great example for all others, they are doing it the right way.

I agree that we can talk about something as long as we want, if bitsler is asking KYC then it is  important topic. As long as it is even casino world that would still be good. Nobody can tell others what they can talk about or not talk about, it would be a sad world if that was an option for some people, dictators do that and we are free of dictators on bitcointalk.

What I think the issue here is that we got an "answer" but we are not happy with it, just because they said "it is the rules and we have to follow it" doesn't mean that we have to accept their excuse and continue. So, what do we have in our hands? Either ignore here and never gamble again and just forget that this place ever existed, or try to explain what can be done so that I will continue to gamble here, we picked the second option.

We have no other options except accepting their terms/rules  if we want to use their service. But if we do not want to use their service/ we want to ignore their service then they have no question. We can just give our opinion what would be best for us/users. And it will be the choice of admin either that will be considerable or not.

I do not agree with that. I mean sure if we want to keep gambling here then we have to accept their terms and rules, we can't just say "I do not accept the terms and will still gamble" that is not an option. However I think when there is something a place does that you do not agree with, you should have the power to raise your voice and say what you think is the right thing to do, I personally believe that there is a good amount of people who agree with me as well so all I am doing is there is something I think they are doing wrong and I am talking about that.

I am not saying that they have to change it, they will 99.99% chance will not change anything, but if we give casinos all the right to do whatever they want without voicing our concern then they will start to change stuff that are way too important, what are we going to do if they change house edge to 10%? Would that be okay? Everyone will leave, which means we need to tell them what we dislike before they reach that level.

I am playing here for quite a while and I noticed that there is no way of getting chests from bitsler unless you search for the admins on telegram and be lucky enough to find them. I mean some players get chests while others who don't know will never be able to get chests with this bogus kind of system in place. Please try and understand, I love bitsler and hence I am saying it, I do not mean to hurt anyone's sentiments.

There should be a clear path of how to get chests and how to contact admins because some players are getting more than others right now who are active and find admins while others who focus on playing are missing them. Maybe somewhere in the VIP tab you can mention that players can claim chests by talking to support/admins.

You earn chest according to the VIP systems page as you rank up.
Or if you've submitted a meritorious report, or perhaps done something that they find to be worth a chest/reward.(based on my own experience)

Afaik we don't need to KYC when we want to bet on bitlser. Unless you are trying to join on their contest or competiion which required your account got verified first before you can join

I didn't know that they require KYC in order to join their competitions. Probably the rewards were pretty high that's why they need to check each user joining or probably to avoid multiple account entries? If you see the competition banner above, it said one of the rules is "fully verified accounts only" that sounds like you must do KYC, right? If it's not, maybe we can just give our name and address and also phone number without our ID, but it also mean we just give our ID to them. Whether we trust or not, it's depends from user, no one can force them to do KYC, if they feel like to do it, they don't have problem with it

KYC is more like "if we feel like there is a problem" here and not forced, which means as long as you do not face any troubles then you will not be asked to do that, which is why I think it is quite good. I know that it is not that easy for many places to do the same because they have legality problems and that is why they ask KYC beforehand even without betting first, but not here, these guys are doing much better on that front so you do not have to.

Like janngernaut said there are things that give you benefit if you have verified account but once again it is not forced and you do not have to do it. It is a great way to handle because in this method you can do whatever you want without kYC and you can ignore KYC request if you face a problem as well, just ignore the money which means if you deposit small amount you can go without KYC forever here.

I believe KYC is also a bit of a "proof we are legit" type of thing for the casinos as well. If they are asking for your KYC, they are not doing it because they need it for fun, they are not going to just look at your ID and gossip about it, they need it because they are giving it to any official or even checking it against criminal data etc etc, so basically KYC means business for these casinos.

This is why I think KYC is bad for gamblers because who would want to give their ID to casinos to be known as a gambler, BUT that means a good thing for the casinos because if they need your KYC and give it to officials that means they are a legit casino and they can't just scam people and steal their money and leave, because if they are legit enough to work with officials about KYC then they are legit about all the other parts as well and can't just run away.

Is that the whole story? Because I believe their system is programmed to detect behaviors that they find suspicious to protect their business.
For example: if you deposit 1 bitcoin and bet 0.0001 3 times on low stakes(then there is reason to lock your funds).

I use bitsler for a long time and I have not provided any document to them. I have just filled the fields of name, email and mobile number. And withdraw a lots of time but still I have not faced any issue. I think they ask to provide document for specific case. I mean if they think there might have something wrong.
