I would guess that there are a few that does these type of promotions, not really common anywhere because it would basically make it near impossible for casinos to make a profit in the long term, but if it is just for promotion then they will have plenty that will lose, and some that will win and hope that it would equalize each other and if not then they would be paying just a bit more and they would consider that as marketing expense.

To do this long term would be the real challenge, just doing it for one week is not really that impossible to achieve, sure it "may" cost them some but they would not really be doing it as a pure loss or for your own good, they are doing it for marketing.

Leicester got nothing to play for (they don't seem to want European football) so they're dishing out prizes and favours to everyone else I guess. Lamps winning by thin margins and their best player spending more time rolling around than playing, but they'll live through this, hopefully make more of themselves next season. It is a costly thing, that is why you do not see that many places to this, I mean it is not impossible but it is a quite costly thing and that is why there are places who rarely ever update anything. The other problem is that if they do something that people do not really enjoy, then it will not be great result neither and it will be even worse if you ask me.

This is why people end up not doing updates for their websites and business', if they do that then it would be quite difficult and there would be quite hard to recover from it, imagine spending let's say 1 million dollars on an UBER change, like insanely good, but then people hate it, what are you going to do?

At what year you last visit Bitsler if you mind? All those are already replaced by the current Bitsler games when they upgrade there casino into full size casino which you can see on there website currently. I remember those games back in the time that Bitsler is well known in there Dice games and other in-house games only without slots and sportsbook feature. I don't play on Bitsler anymore but the improvement is very noticeable. I only see this kind games on different casino that has PVP feature.

I think that was around 2017 or 2018, they have improved some of their games but I think you are looking at the flash roulette https://www.bitsler.com/en/flash-roulette is this what you are looking for? It is like casino roulette where they pick random number to have some bonus. They have  in-house games, casinos and sports betting. You really can see their improvement.
