You have to cooperate with Bitsler team, they are telling you to wait until the investigation is done. Bitsler hasn't blocked your account and withdrawal completely. Can you share the screenshot of your bet slip? As you are KYC verified there, maybe the investigation is based on the sports event and the betting odds update time. Had you placed your bets on live events?

It means you won big and submitted a big withdrawal. In all casinos, they will notice your account more when you hit a big win or some consecutive big win, then submit big withdrawal(s).

If they put your case "On hold" and are investigating it, it's not a good signal at all.

I believe a big casino does not know legal action risk and they don't arbitrarily pull out their investigation card against your account if they did not detect something suspicious from which they decided to investigate more deeply about your account.

I sent them all the documents for KYC and they subsequently approved it. Now I'm just waiting and wondering when I'll get my money. What kind of collaboration are you writing about then? I simply didn't do anything wrong and I don't want to pay my winnings. Everyone should condemn this.

I placed 13 bets on peak events and I have a profit of approximately 1000 USDT. The wins were only in the matches Grabher, Julia vs. Zhu, Lin (0-2) and Andreeva, Mirra vs. Korpatsch, Tamara (2-1). ETA stand for Estimated Time of Arrival or simply the date when they will give you an answer although I doubt that a support can give an exact answer since KYC verification and investigation can took a lot of time depending on the degree of your case. Sad part is Bitsler is not active anymore here so can't pressure them to provide much earlier result.

Update us here whenever you've got a word but you can give them at least a week to provide result. Create scam accusation after that since they might proccessing your verification now.

Legal actions will make things worse and probably he will have to wait months or years and will spend at least ten times more money than he is going to get back. But is it really normal for a person who is KYC verified (ID and address) to wait more than 3 weeks to withdraw his 2K? Is this the case when casino has some financial problems? I don't understand why should it take up to a month, is this usual? I don't gamble often, probably I bet once a year and that's why I ask.

It looks like they left this forum and don't care much about their reputation on this forum anymore but I remember how they started from scratch on this forum and how attentive they were about their reputation and ANN thread. I wonder where do they promote their project today because their competitors, Stake.com, FortuneJack, Crypto.games and others still stay on this forum till this day, continue promotion and are very active in their ANN threads.
