As far as my country is concerned there is no bank that accepts bitcoin and I don't see it happening even in future as the government of my country will never allow that to happen.
Yeah until now I have not seen a bank accept or adopt bitcoin. But that would be great when banks and bitcoins work together. Of course you will no longer trouble

I don't have any knowledge too that there's a bank that is using bitcoin for their service like bank deposit or even loans. I also doubt that there would be people that are going to allow the banks to store their bitcoins. There are a lot of ways to store our bitcoins because a lot of trusted wallets are there for us to be our very own bank.

I think no, the bank will never accept bitcoin, the bank belongs to the government and the government does not accept bitcoin, it also means that the bank can not accept bitcoin. Many people say bitcoin is illegal, so the bank and government do not accept it but in fact, countries want to accept it, but they need more time, they have not found the method to solve the problems of Bitcoin transactions, they need time to develop technology. I believe the bank will accept bitcoin in the future

Banks do not belong to the government

Unless you talk about Central banks or banks owned directly by the state (so-called state-owned banks). Otherwise, they are private enterprises that just follow the government policy in respect to their operations, they are controlled and supervised by the corresponding Central bank. So the government may not accept Bitcoin (as legal tender or elsewise), but banks may still be allowed to work with Bitcoin (e.g. open checking account in it) just like they work with foreign currencies (which are not legal tender either in most countries)

I don’t think we are going to see that anytime soon and also I don’t think it is such a good idea to have banks completely on board bitcoin, because if that happens I think it will be because banks have devised a way to benefit themselves with bitcoin.

Yes you are right that banks are in control of government and if the government does not accept bitcoin as legal then banks will also not accept it legal, it depend on government. But i think if the government know all the benefits of bitcoin then they will accept it and banks will also accept bitcoin and in future i think there will be such possibility about bitcoin.

They had an ATM here in Spain with the option to buy bitcoins. You have to create an account with your Passport or other identity document. You only have the option to buy bitcoins and it has like a 3% fee
The only inconvenience with it was that it only accepted 20 euros + and cash only but other than that it was pretty cool. I don't know if they made new ones or not. It would be really nice to have them everywhere but it seems like they don't care or they just can't do it for legal reasons

This might happen certain banks allow them to use bitcoins. Still it is very much recommended and advisable that we should a separate bank if possible for btc with debit and credit card feature. So I can separately manage accounts with local currency and bitcoin

You are right that the governments need to accept bitcoin then the banks will come to accept it because all of the banks in a country obey the laws of the state and if they will not follow their laws then these banks will be banned in the country and it is the law that the banks will not adopt any strategy for which governments do not allow them.

Issuing Banks are supporting new Program Managers that are entering the Bitcoin space, see Shift Payments program issued by MCB out of New York.  One line of thought is comparable consumer products; landline telephony.  There was a dramatic shift of consumers from landlines to mobile 15 years ago.  Eventually a new demographic emerged that skipped land lines completely.  In the same thought line with Bitcoin globally supported, and smart phones continuing to bridge financial service gaps, "self banking" is a reality to end consumers (non innovators).  Brick and mortar financial institutions are on the decline...  Small banks will use this opportunity to grab marketshare by playing within CFPB and OCC recommendations of OFAC and CIP.  Larger bank entities will not want to lose their market share.

Just look at the job opportunities on Ladder for example, Senior Vice President of Cryptocurrency Development.  The banks are posturing for acceptance.  Fidelity, Chase, etc... nobody is going to go in front of their Board of Directors to say we missed the boat.

This is bigger than customer deposits at your nearest Wells Fargo.

Time will tell.

EDIT:  Im in the US and grammar.
I don’t think so because the value of bitcoins is always increasing so that the interest on the bank will also increase. In fact some bank accepts the bitcoin but I think there are exact amount of bitcoin will accept.

I dont think that any bans would ever accept bitcoins. If the banks start accepting bitcoins then there will no point of bitcoins.
As bitcoins was discovered to remove banks from the face of the earth and people should not go to banks for bitcoins, they can store them in their wallet or cold storage.
If you want loan ,with proper procedure you can get the loan as smooth as possible but with banks it is not so possible so quickly.

In order for a bank to start accepting bitcoin, there has to be an agreement reached. Perhaps a third party bitcoin provider but this would surely have additional costs attached to it. And right now, there is really no need for bitcoin to be accepted in banks because bitcoin can serve that purpose already. I also doubt if bank tellers know anything much about bitcoin as they sometimes are not even familiar with their own services.

I think this a good idea, with bank transaction will be faster. I pay attention to the issue of confirmation of the bitcoin is a serious thing, too long and the number of confirmation will make slow transactions. dev. There must be a solution to this serious problem.
