Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
There's none, I think. Bitcoin is an open source system and is decentralized, it means that Bitcoin is not under any government institutions. There are wallets where you may store your Bitcoin with and see how its market value increases as time passes by. If you want to put your money in the bank, you should first convert your Bitcoin into fiat because Banks are only for regular currencies.

Some years ago there was a bank in france, they made it officially and was accepting bitcoins, I dont know its still exist or not, bitcoins are not staying on the place, in the future 100% some banks will accept them, just someone must start and others will join.

No I don't think that any bank in the world accepts bitcoins but all I know is that they accept payment from the bitcoin exchanges, so what I do is that I sell my coins on exchange and then transfer those funds to my bank, so indirectly my bank is accepting the bitcoins.

Same process on my local exchange too which they are being used on their service which i do make make some conversions of my bitcoin to local fiat and directly send it to my bank account by the use of local exchange which is really great and same as you said it is an indirect way.For now i havent see any banks that do make use on bitcoin knowing that they wont really tend to tied up with it.

There is non as of the moment because bitcoin is not money, in order to deposit our bitcoin in the bank we need to exchange it with fiat
first then fiat to your bank deposits, I guess the process would not change unless they begin to legalize bitcoin and know how to treat it.

no bank are accepting BTC right now because it means BTC is a recognised currency hence, regulated (taxes and so on); hopefully it will not happen soon because that might be one nail on the BTC coffin.
Maybe sometime in the future BTC will raise his voice and will be widely recognised but for now, is not a good idea.
I am agree with that no any bank is accepting bitcoin now. I don’t think so that banks will accept bitcoin future because bitcoin features and banking system are against each other they cannot run with each other. Exchanging bitcoin into fiat through some blockchain doesn’t mean that banks are accepting bitcoin.

Banks accept only centralized currencies which will under control of bank and bitcoin is totally decentralized currency but banks can play a roll of blockchain for bitcoin.

In my own opinion, I do not think that the concept of accepting bitcoins in bank or transfering your coins to the bank is a good idea because your coins are already growing even by just holding it so there is no sense in placing it to the bank, unless it will be mandatory for government because they will place tax on it obviously.

banks and bitcoin are businesses that will one day mutually destroy each other. so it would not be possible if the bank could accept bitcoin. plus the government does not support bitcoin.

I do not also like the concept of placing bitcoins into the bank because government will probably place a tax on it. Holding your coins in your wallet is just the same as placing it in the bank running on a time deposit. The profit that you will gain on holding your bitcoins is much higher than in a bank.

None of them are accepting bitcoins or bitcoin deposits.
They are dealing with exchanges like coinbase but only in fiat terms.
There isn't a single bank which accepts coins directly and stores them as btc deposits.
The only few projects involve a middle man which will exchanges your coins for fiat and it will deposit the usd to your account but that's just a simplified exchange. Even so called bitcoin cards work on the same principle.

PS.
I've deleted your last phrase..that's pure advertesing spam.

Bank Seed Cannabis Receives Bitcoin,
The company's mission has always brought an eclectic mix of cannabis genetics to farmers around the world. Internet and Bitcoin have enabled companies to reach a wider audience.

"Bitcoin allows our customers to pay with digital currencies and is not tied to one country," explains Alex. "It provides a safe and secure alternative payment method that has proven to be very popular, especially by those who care about privacy.Once set, Bitcoin is very easy to use and has become a preferred payment option for many of our customers."

Bank of America and chase have helped me with several overseas transactions. I feel that it all depends on regional guidance, being that in California you can go about business with bit more then a neighboring state like Oregon. It all depends. I'd look into your local banks, many here are trending out with bit.  Smiley

I don't think so, the thing is the banks only accept money that is in a form of cash. It's like they cannot store something that has a physical form to give it value. Unless, the bank adjust to accept, or they make a physical form of bitcoin.

There will be no bank that will accept BTC deposit because that will go against the basic principle of BTC that is decentralization. But nothing is impossible may be banks may embrace blockchain.
