To my knowledge non of the bank accepting Bitcoin directly. I use to approach the exchange and they convert the bitcoin into my local currencies and transfer to my bank directly with out any delay. I am not in need of any banks to accept directly bitcoin for my day to day expenses. I believe in future Bitcoin will be accepted by banks only thing is the transaction fees and the format has to be changed or modified according to the cyptocurrency which will be appreciated and going to happen.

I do not know if any bank receives bitcoin. but, if it really exists, then it would be a very good bank for bitcoin users. in fact, the bank will also get a lot of benefits, especially the bitcoin prices tend to rise. maybe the bank will get a profit with various fees made.

A bank accepting bitcoin sounds quite unusual; however, it makes total sense when you see it from a customer’s perspective. When you are holding bitcoins in your wallet and want to sell them, it usually takes days before you see money on your bank account. You need to go to an exchange platform that accepts your digital currency, set up an account, transfer your bitcoins and wait for the exchange to send a payment to your bank. It seems a bank would at the very least, save you some op cost ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

In the Philippines, there is none yet. Actually only coins.ph, which is the wallet provider here, is the only establishment accepting and trading now. But soon, I think it will increase. Bitcoin is continuing to grow and the companies here in my country will not let itself left behind.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
As of now there is still no bank who can accept bitcoin. I think there are lot of things that needs to do if they want to accept bitcoin. In addition to that, I prefer to put my bitcoin in wallet than in bank because the price of bitcoin is not stable so that bank can't handle it well. Lastly, I still believe that there will be a bank where we can put all our bitcoin.

I doubt that any bank would ever accept such a volatile currency into their system. Moreover alongside volatile its anonymous too. Banks need to follow strict rules laid by apex or central bank of country so unless a country adopts bitcoin you are not going to see banks accepting btc.

To my knowledge there is no bank or agency that embraces bitcoin. Especially in my country the government also thinks bitcoin is not valid as payment. Nor will I store bitcoins in the bank if they start using bitcoins.

How would a bank benefit from using Bitcoin? Bitcoin is unstable and what banks do is offer interest by gambling/investing with the money that they are given.

Yes, there are some banks that accept bitcoin. A lot of banks entertain bitcoin because they know that it's profitable and that they can earn more income from it. You know what they say "If you can't beat them, join them." Maybe that's why some banks are into cryptocurrency nowadays.

I am not too sure if the bank in my country want to use bitcoin because until now bitcoin still not received by the government, unless it has been made regulations or rules about bitcoin that most likely can be used.

I heard that Falcon Private Bank in Switzerland has accepted Bitcoin for payment. If that's true, I think few next years, there are many banks and the financial institution will use Bitcoin as a transaction tool.

In the Philippines our central bank or the Banko central ng Pilipinas is accepting bitcoin as a legal currency but you can only do payments for your bills on it because not all of the establishment is adopting to the digital currency trade in the Philippines.

There is no bank yet that accepts Bitcoin directly. But there are blockchain platforms or "mobile apps/softwares/bitcoin wallets providers" that is linked to banks where you can transfer or incash your Bitcoin, given that it is converted to fiat money which is acceptable by your preferred bank.

Yes, until now no any financial institution or bank that received bitcoin like fiat. And this is a problem that needs to be solved and requires completion so that bitcoin actually has full functionality like money.
