Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.

I know this is an old post, but im sure that someone else still have the same question like what you're asking for. Base on my research
to get a good idea about which banks are most Bitcoin friendly,  you try to visit Bitcoin News, Blockchain News, Prices, Charts & Analysis - CoinDesk and inquire within the community. I also recommend Paxful and their website is: Buy bitcoin instantly where there are over 300 ways to trade Bitcoin, including cash deposit directly to the seller’s bank account.

I think there is still no bank that is accepting bitcoin because it will destroy the idea of bitcoin being a "decentralized" system.

i hope bank accepts bitcoin, but no Cry Cry. If bank accepts bitcoin is much inconvenience for us. Easy to sell, buy , and trade. I dont need to open other account to keep my money or bitcoin. Hope one day we can do it.

Standard banks will never accept bitcoin because Bitcoin is worst enemy for banker (sometimes called banksters)
Bitcoin gives people control which banks would like to leave for them.

As I wrote few posts ago, it will be better to build independent  bank on blockchain rather.

I am looking for signature campaign Wink pm me

Neteller belongs to a bank and Neteller does accept bitcoin, but is it a payment procesorr itself.
Also skrill accept bitcoin(it seems this is one company now). A simple and convenient method of withdrawal and card for ATMs.

No bank accepts bitcoin, transactions and payments by bitcoin are free, people will prefer to use bitcoin rather than using the service of the bank. So the bank's benefits are affected so no bank accepts bitcoin.

Barclays accepting bitcoins but they allowed it for only denations. Digital bank WB12 also accepting funds and will direct to your WB12 account. But for me you dont need some banks to store your bitcoins because if you will hold your bitcoins it will encrease the value.

There are many banks that accept bitcoin, but in my country, that is not allowed. There are a lot of countries banned bitcoin, so whether the bank accept or not is meaningless
so far i don,t know any bank is accepting bitcoin .and in current time or situation .i think it is  that i takes some time for this. but there are sites who serves as an escrow function to exchange and trade bitcoins to cash then deposit and cash out to your preferred banks, including remittance centers.but there tax value is very high in my opinion.but we don,t have any choice. In other countries there are none that I know but maybe soon banks will accepts bitcoin and loan bitcoins.

Maybe in some other country there are banks that will accept bitcoin and set it for time deposit but i think that this is very impossible because the market is volatile. Another thing is that bitcoins might crash the banks because the price is increasing higher rather than placing your money on the bank.

the most beautiful fragrance that bitcoin accepts is a security bank. besides you're the only person you care about when you want to get it.
Just verified your wallet you can easily cash out the security bank.
there is one bank can easily claim on cebuana. it does not mean that you finish fillup the form you just wait 1minuet to 2minuet you will get.
Their use for bitcoin is rebit.

Yeah, I've heard that some banks are willing to accept it. Especially, in the countries that recognized it officially. I might be wrong though))

No, you are not mistaken. Now banks can work with bitcoin only in those countries where bitcoin is accepted. But this is only the beginning. I think that soon the banking system will be built on a blockchain technology

No bank receives bitcoin, but with the majority of banks you can withdraw money into the stock and buy bitcoins.
when you want to buy bitcoin you only do SEPA injections and voila you can buy bitcoin.

In my country (as well as any others I suppose), banks do not work with bitcoin. They still do not believe in crypto currency and say it's a bubble. Probably in a few years everything will change. I hope so

I doubt that bank accepting bitcoin that was impossible because cryptocurrency is one of the competency of any bank that dint want to implement in any country because there business was affected thats why its so impossible that banks accepting bitcoin because here in our country many banks was not accepting cryptocurrency so thats why bitcoin was not legalize here in my country.

I don't think there is any bank that accepts bitcoin directly. you can have transaction in the bank but you need to convert it first to cash and transact it from your wallet to a bank like in my country Philippines. we use the coins.ph wallet to send money from bitcoin to the bank but to have a direct deposit of bitcoin, I don't think there is any..maybe in the coming future.
