I don't think there is for now. Here in our country, they accept payment from bank to become bitcoin but there is a third-party app which is the one converting real money to bitcoin. Also in order to put bitcoin to bank, you still need to convert to real money so basically there is no bank for bitcoin. But we can call those app a bank though.

the bitcoin is the number one opponent of the bank, that is why she is so afraid of it, and the banks always make her bad reputation for her to fall, but with it they manage to raise her more and more Wink

I highly doubt there would be a bank for bitcoins because the whole point of btc is for it to be anonymous and that bank will totally destroy that ideal.
Maybe in other country their is a bank for bitcoin..  But,  I hope someday that their is a bank here in my country.  So its easy to us to used bitcoin.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
As far as I know, there is a bank in the Philippines that accepts bitcoin and then converts them to cash. From your bitcoin wallet, you can withdraw your cash thru that bank. I think it is security bank.

None currently, that's maybe what we need to implement on the currencies, but I think that is better to stay off the banks.

That's not true that there is no such bank. As far as I know, there is even a ''specialized'' bitcoin bank that was opened like a year ago, in Vienna, i think. It was opened specifically for operations with bitcoin.

Actually I don't think that bank accept bitcoin because some countries are not approve to bitcoin so for me bank don't accept it for now. For me there's a possibility that bitcoin will be accept by the bank in the future because there are so many people are using this and it can be a currency all over the world.

According to my knowledge, no banks are accepting bitcoin in my country, in order to accept the bitcoin the finance department officials from the government side will have to provide the permission that has not happened yet so banks are not accepting the bitcoin.

the fact is that not all banks accept bitcoin (even the majority I'm sure all banks refuse bitcoin).
but it would be better if the bank accepted blockchain technology,
there will be a positive thing if the bank uses blockchain technology.
all customers' money movements can be tracked from where to where
in order to avoid money laundering

It took a long time, the main problem is the bank should get authority from the central bank to accept bitcoin. Currently, the central bank is very strictly supervise financial transactions so that any policy of the bank subject to approval of the central bank.

In other countries specifically in the United States many commercial banks accept the bitcoin.
In booming industry of bitcoin many banks in the world open their doors to deal with bitcoin unfortunately not all countries do the same due their system is not compatible with the bitcoin’s needed.

Yes, there was a article on coindesk.com about central bank going accept bitcoin. So this is a start, now whole world realised demand of cryptocurrency. Many governments legalised it as payment method, also many merchants and retailers using virtual currency in routine.
So if bank start to accept bitcoin thats obvious.

As far as I know I haven't heard any news here in our country that banks accepting bitcoin as payment however, buyers can pay for bitcoins through online banking. Bitcoin can also be bought in some banks and remitance centers.

The Bank of America has stated that Bitcoin can potentially become a “major means of payment for eCommerce” and can also become competition to money transfer providers. It is rather interesting that a bank is expressing a positive opinion of Bitcoin and it shows that Bitcoin is gradually receiving wider support. However, the bank further stated that if Bitcoin gets too big, the government might have to do something about it. This is not necessarily a concern, but it is definitely something to think about.

Bitcoin is dynamic, distinguished, and is the most popular form of digital currency right now. The increasing support for this crypto currency has taken it to a different level. People now all over the world are starting to use Bitcoin as a way of transactions and also for investments. In addition, with news coverage, the virtual currency has been taken mainstream where basically everyone has at least heard of the coin. This is why even though Bitcoin is still at its early stages; it has the potential to grow into something larger, and more valuable. Even Overstock.com has started accepting bitcoins. Who knows… maybe Amazon, Target, Walmart, Newegg, Staples, or even Macy’s is next? All in all, it seems highly likely that many retailers will start accepting the digital currency as a payment method soon.
