Which I think not possible.. How will it sync with network without internet..So most probably when internet is down, so as the bitcoin...But we are now living in the modern world, internet won't just give up and cut easily...

I only say that all of these incidents never happen forever. well the blockchain is stored offline in many computers. but bitcoin won't be able to send / receive new transactions until the internet goes back up. pending transactions would also stay pending. if the internet goes down forever, thats a pretty big problem.
