I think that's only going to happen later. But I actually think not.
Because the world namely is very large. Many people know Bitcoin disagree.
So that's already troublesome if it does happen.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

its easily the strongest cryptocurrency valued 450 times more than the US dollar

the first Super currency and  the best store of wealth due to its cryptographic  network strength

My neighbor's grandma' never heard of Bitcoin.
This means that there's still long way to work until it will really be a global currency.

I agree it is the biggest currency in the cryptocurrency world and by far advantageous to all other competitors like PayPal.

It is the most functional currency. But I think it will several decades to be as useful as the major fiat currency.

I don't think BTC would replace fiat, it's a global currency being exchangable to all currencies and being in the hands of millions of different people in different nationality.

The brilliance of bitcoin is that it doesn't need to replace the fiat currencies to be an alternative to financial centralization and corporate deceit.

I agree that BTC will rule the world very soon since its possible that BTC will take over globally.
I am sure it will of course not take a long time and probably in a decade would be possible for bitcoin to be the future currency.

With the trend at which bitcoin is gaining popularity, I strongly believe it will replace the USD as a global currency.

It is a worldwide currency and more than the dollar in a way, now you can use BTC in almost any place or exchange it to USD very easily in worldwide exchanges or people exchanging personally "rather than a single company".
yeah its wroldwide currency you can using bitcoin in all country, you can convert it to all currencies,
so bitcoin could be called as a world currency

yes, I think after few year bitcoin will be global currency of earth because we can use bitcoin anywhere, any time and some country are allowing its but only few country are not allowing. when they will aware about bitcoin, I hope they will also accept bitcoin.

I think it is so difficult for bitcoin to replace dollars as global currency because still many people even don't know what is bitcoin  Undecided
But, i hope i am wrong and bitcoin will replace dollars as the most currency in the world.

We have quite the journey to take before Bitcoin becomes the overall number one used currency. We need to educate people that don't know of it. We need to eliminate the terrible reputation.

The journey will be long and yes it will be bumpy.
But in the end i believe bitcoin will make it to the top 3 of currencies.

I think it will be the top 5 in 2020. Then it will go up one spot every decade. It will take some time for it to be the top one.

It will rise slowly until all is mined. Then will be interesting to see what happens.

I think none of us will see the mine of all the bitcoin. Maybe our great grand children will see that. Bitcoin would be totally different.

Since it is universal and is the first and most recognized cryptocurrency, I think it has a chance to be considered a global currency.  It will take years to get there, but it's possible.

If Bitcoin can play into the Illuminati's agenda, which it seems to do a good job at integrating with technology (imagine RFID chips with btc wallets), it's a borderless currency just like they want a one-world governance, this monetary system plays right into that.

The only problem is the decentralization, and no-takeback transfer system. The push for RBF and whatever the fork core is coding may be driven by a hidden hand.

Why wouldn't the illumanti just create their own crypto currency? Govmn't of Canada did this with MintChip, but I still don't know how it works. Why didn't that take off? Cause the majority of people already have use digital currency: online banking. I can go for months without seeing a dollar in my hand, and can spend a shit ton of cash (if I had any).

The point is, I can't tell if Bitcoin is a part of the illuminati agenda or not. The whole 'beast-system'. If the number of the beast is the number of a man, then Bitcoin and it's binary created and managed by man must fit into that description.

 Cool

Bitcoin can become a global currency, but there is a long way to go. First of all financial institutions should accept bitcoin being a valid/legal form of ledger. That does not happen all of a sudden!

Well, not yet... Global currencies on earth are USD, EURO, GBP etc. Bitcoin is still relatively unknown virtual currency but without big global influence.
This is reality and we should accept it. Of course, eventually i believe that bitcoin will become mainstream but this will not happen so quickly.

It is possible indeed. It is now very popular around this time. But it has now a low value around this time.
Some people dont even know what Bitcoin is and that is a big problem. I hope more people will use Bitcoin in the future.
