You can spend your bitcoin by buying ebay or amazon gift cards.
Or you can  gamble your bitcoins you will win more or lose all.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

OP, which pizza place accepts bitcoin? also, i generally use my bitcoin to buy stuff in games

There is no problem about using Bitcoin to buy goods and games as you noticed here, but i think you can make some extra profit by holding your coins till the next halving at least, because we expect the Bitcoin's will increase after this event

I think the best way to spend bitcoin is buying some needed and traded altcoins for cheap prices, and sell it then with higher price, so you could make a huge profit this way

Hi guys, I'm new here and I just started reading the forum. I see a lot of advise like "invest Bitcoin", buy mining equipment etc. But I don't see anyone talk about daily life products. Food, computers, bills, Christmas shopping. The other day I was paid 4000 usd in btc and now don't know how to spend it wisely. But I ordered a pizza today and it tasted good.

You can buy me some RP in League of Legends. Cheesy

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

I wouldn't spend much, if any. Just the odd thing or two. Save as much as you can. A treat or two may not be bad if you keep those oddities

on the lower end of the price range. I mine altcoins and save the btc I get from selling those to keep and collect. Now I have 33.40 CAD for

Canadian fiat worth. That is something for me. I found this out just now. I couldn't be happier.

I totally agree with this. I feel like if you are just starting out collecting your Bitcoin stash and don't have much coins to spare, I wouldn't be gambling it away on something like dice, however, gambling on sports every now and then is ok, or maybe the occasional poker tourney if the buy in is low enough.

But, I think the wisest thing to do if you want to actually "buy" something with your bitcoins is to head over to the collectables section of the forum and save up to buy some physical coins or maybe some other cool collectable item.

That way it's kind of a win/win situation if Bitcoin does go higher in price, you can keep at least your usd value of the coin and probably make some money/Bitcoin if you want to sell it later on in life.

i think investment is a better option for newbie .
You should not go for investment just after joining the forum. You need to earn with the bitcoins on short investments, signature campaigns, trade and then you can invest on bitcoin which would be worth for a Newbie.

Yes as the popularity of bitcoin has increased  now-a- days there is no problem in spending it wisely on the internet. There are many ways of buying various things like many kinds of digital goods/services  like ebooks, webhosting etc., I like spending some bitcoins on porn and for gambling always.

If there is something good means definitely there we can find something bad too. So scammers, Fake traders, Fake campaigns .... will be there. You need to be careful while getting into it, find the trustful trader and do your transactions or trade which will surely won't go wrong.

no that is not spending, that is the best way to lose your bitcoin, spending mean that you buy stuff with bitcoin, we are not talking about investment here

op should try all those service out there that let you use bitcoin directly(purse.io, allforbtc etc...), or simply wait for open bazar

Do not gamble if you want to use your coins for useful causes. It is better to buy stuff with bitcoin.

Its better to donate if you doesn't feel something good can be done with it. You can also do transactions with the bitcoin which will profit you much with the reduced transaction charges compared to the transaction with local correncies

You can spend your bitcoin by buying ebay or amazon gift cards.
Or you can  gamble your bitcoins you will win more or lose all.

So this is why there are lots of amazon gift cards scam lol
I never use amazon to shop though but I do buy stuff on ebay, i just haven't tried buying to a seller who accepts bitcoin.

Digital goods are just the best stuff to buy with bitcoins, i mostly spend btc to seoclerk services which is like fiverr and also here in bitcointalk. Maybe as a newbie you should try the digitalgoods first.
