What would happen if BTC was Banned?

I don't want that happen because I have 0.01btc i know this is not much amount but my friends are having  10 to 12 bitcoin so if bitcoin gets banned then all there money would get e waste. and they could become poor from middle class which they could never recover.

i think it can't happen . perhaps it would then government will not ban it but will impose some restrictions and will make it like fiat currency . i mean it will remain only a way of payment with bulk charge and taxation .

If BTC gets banned worldwide, then the population of Bitcoin users will be lessen a little. I think most Bitcoin users knows how to use VPN and hide their identity so it would not affect us that much. Only those that are very afraid of their government are the ones that are going to leave the BTC world. I can see that banning of Bitcoin is actually a possibility because the government most of the times put laws that aren't actually necessary especially if their power is getting affected.

i don't think that . bitcoin may be ban in the future . but i think some restrictions will be made by government or community in which we live . like to pay more transaction charge and some tax ( as an charge to save money in your wallet) .
all over i think it can't ban easily now ( atleast in my country)

I think there would be a world wide revolution to be honest as people will wake up the the slave system they have been chained to for so long. I don't think millions of Bitcoiners will just stay put and take it lying down.

Theres nothing to worry about  hence  they could  still use  their bitcoin and  those  coins are on their  possesions as long  no one knows the keys  they cant stole  it . If it banned  globally then  for sure there would  be  underground situations or transactions  would  happen and  that time  bitcoin anonimity would be a big help.

I think bitcoiners will still continue to use it as long as they or we are still earning from it. There are many things that are considered as banned or illegal yet many people are still using it because they can gain something from it and as long as there is someone selling it then someone will be buying and using it. In order for the government to stop the usage of it would be to ban internet which would not likely happen so the usage of bitcoin would not be stop. Of course it would be harder maybe to cash out in fiat but if there's a will there's a way.

it is because bitcoin is decentralized and this means you can only force the businesses to stop using bitcoin and not the people, they can always use bitcoin in their cold storages and spend it anonymously online.

If BTC will be ban, I think we will not progress anymore, when it is ban that means it is illegal to use this anymore and for sure people are not gonna be using it as they do not want to compromise their life and their future, but I hope that time will not come as that would be the worst moment of every investors here.

the thing about bitcoin is that you can never ban using it. on paper it is possible to call it illegal for merchants to accept bitcoin but in reality what happens is that people are going to continue using it.

you can see on local boards that all the countries have a board there and even those countries that have banned bitcoin have a board and a lot of active members.

I'm sure all of the bitcoin users would not agree with this because I can't even see a thing or reason why would the government banned bitcoin, it is ridiculous if this thing will going to happen. Wake up bro Fraud is also happening to Bitcoin, You don't have any idea about it? Here is one big example why Bitcoin is involve in big fraud " HashOcean run away from 700,000 investors" One of the latest scams that lasted for more than a year which accumulated money and never was caught or even planned to be punished by law. As you can see this is what the Government wants to prevent more victims of an untraceable address claimed to be a deposit address by a so called "Legit" company which it is not.

It is impossible that someone will ban bitcoin. Only a few countries have but that is not effective. and if it was banned all over the world then cryptsy will start the exchanges will be anonymous and wallet will be anonymous and everyone involve in bitcoin will be anonymous and we will easily use bitcoin in that environment without any issue from govt.

No one have control on bitcoin but we the people who have invested in bitcoin so if someone will announce a ban on it then they are unable to restrict us to use bitcoin we will use it for our digital uses.
