I think it will be nothing for others. There are not a lot of users so not much will care. If it is just for a certain country then it can be exchanged to a different one or maybe sell it user to user. But I doubt it will happen, they can close the transaction for bitcoin in many industries but not actually banning worldwide. It is online so how could it happen?

That is big for us dude, we cannot allow that bitcoin will be ban, we have a bright future ahead and it will be easily ban, I mean our effort here will not be counted, we should not allow that to happen as that is against our rights to have freedom transacting online.

What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal?
How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?

I think that this one would never happen as long as it would not be used in money fraud which is really a big law breaker, but if ever the first thing to consider is of course file a cased agains't that order but this would surely needs the support of other bitcoin users.
Wake up bro Fraud is also happening to Bitcoin, You don't have any idea about it? Here is one big example why Bitcoin is involve in big fraud " HashOcean run away from 700,000 investors" One of the latest scams that lasted for more than a year which accumulated money and never was caught or even planned to be punished by law. As you can see this is what the Government wants to prevent more victims of an untraceable address claimed to be a deposit address by a so called "Legit" company which it is not.

Yes of course i really do have an i dea that bitcoin was already being used for money fraud  that is why it never happen if it would not be used i never said that their is no money fraud happenong right now. But the thing here is that since the government  doesnt have an idea on what  is happening they  can get it done

I think no thing will change if governments banned Bitcoin, even though there are different situations. when Bitcoin started to raise and become popular, some governments have banned Bitcoin and some governments have regulated it, so no unified view to the Bitcoin.

If btc would be banned then everything would be the same except the value would be a bit lower cause some people wouldn't use it anymore.
I think most people would use it anyways since it's such an anonymous system that it doesn't really matter.

If the Bitcoin would be banned the I would just quit with it because then there is no reason for me to go on with Bitcoin.
I will have to find something else then that is going to make me extra money.

i would continue to use, good luck track me if i can buy face to face and hold my fortune in bitcoin

many things are banned, but they are still used

Yea but none of the other things that are banned are as precisely traceable as Bitcoin. The government has the resources to crack down on Bitcoin users if they really want to. Also I would be careful to avoid storing my fortune in Bitcoin in such a scenario, the price would likely be extremely volatile. I doubt it would anywhere close to the current price since people wouldn't be able to trade it openly.

No chance, that the day will come when all governments declared that bitcoin is illegal.
Because First of all, bitcoin is not illegal, and Secondly most of the government has accepted the bitcoin in official level, and Finally bitcoin would be grow more and i don't think that bitcoin could be finished.

if bitcoin was banned, theres no proper way for them to back up that illegalization, like they wont be able to make sure it stays banned. people would still be able to own btc.

Just look at the fiat to Localbitcoin volume exchange for BTC in their respective countries. Russia is always hitting all time highs and they are aggressive against Bitcoin users. It is so obvious as some have pointed out already, that there is simply no possible way to stop Bitcoin. It's too big to fall now.

I am not sure on what could happen if Bitcoin would be banned but I would not be happy because I then I have Bitcoin that are worth nothing even tho I bought them.
If it will be banned then I am going to get over it and find something else instead of Bitcoin.

bitcoin getting banned doesn't mean your coins will become worthless. there are enough ways to move around certain laws to make it possible to still use it. don't forget that no matter what happens, bitcoin will always hold some sort of value. the fact that it is a decentralized currency will never change. people will use it, and this demand gives bitcoin on its turn value.

No actually no any country can ban bitcoin as bitcoin run on decentralize environment so nobody can ban people from accessing or transffering their bitcoin actually they may restrict local bitcoin exchanger which can be passed with p2p trading system and face to face deals.

That wont happen now, as there are already countries where bitcoin is used in physical stores or other places, and there is not restriction on it and they would probably not say something strange like banning it suddenly.
And if that happens, i'm sure it would still be used as it exists until there is internet connection in the world.

I am actually wondering how it will even be banned from what is even happening in recent times, rather than happening I see more embracing of the coin from Government and even if that will not be happening, then I see regulations springing up rather than outright ban. And if that is even happening then Bitcoin will still thrive as there are several things been banned but still exist eg drugs, gambling in some places. so I see more secrecy in bitcoin for transactions with it to continue...

Actually bitcoins are already banned in some countries, or at least was banned, for example Russia, people still used bitcoins even if they were punished for doing that

If BTC was banned then |BTC will not hit the mainstream.  It will be used as currency in darknet and illegal activities where anonymity is needed.  It will not be adopted by lega company and normal people will avoid like a disease.  I won't be here nor participating in any campaign that pays in bitcoin because using it is illegal since it was banned.
