What would happen if BTC was Banned?

What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal?
How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?

I am Not really sure, may be goverment will pay genious in computer to block bitcoin. But if there is ginna be various vpn we can still use bitcoin.

I think more users will get angry to bitcoin management if bitcoin will get banned in the country which is more users live there, and the trust of other users in different country will get lost the bitcoin will die for sure.

hope we will not face the same situation, as the users of bitcoin are increasing regularly which is making bitcoin more stronger and therefore it is not possible that bitcoin can be banned.

I hope so because bitcoin is so valuable to me. We cannot see what the future will bring but I am so confident will remain strong and will not be ban in the future. If ever bitcoin will be ban, for sure we will not exist in this community again so let us not hope for that to happen.

i think it is not about how we can access bitcoin , but how if government block and close some exchangers  and we don't know where we can exchange bitcoin to fiat. i think nothing people can do about it

Yeah, and if it was banned. Bitcoin users will not have an opportunity to earn some money for their living and since some of the businesses involves bitcoin I think it will affect our economy also. But, I don't think it will be banned since it does not do bad things. Maybe they will do it when they want to have a tax to it and we don't agree to that. It is our lost when they will not permit us to use that for our own purposes.

One of the impossible things that might happen against bitcoin is it being banned all over the world. Even if some countries ban it, There will always be a place where it is fully legal. In my opinion if this scenario will happen, I think many of us is gonna continue using bitcoin since many illegal things are still used in every country we will just hide it and be silent about it. It will be hard though to exchange bitcoin to fiat if bitcoin got banned all over the world.

who cares even if bitcoin is banned some miner will continue mining and no one could ever notice or could track him. May be bitcoin be banned but it would be taken off from internet  but in dark net it would continue its lifestyle in dark net.

I dont care what governemnts say about bitcoin at all, if they ban bitcoin we would do the same way as dark marketplaces we will keeping using it but hidden, we always found solutions to any problem those politicians try to take from us.

Many online merchants accepts payment through bitcoin and continously used for other transactions. Ofcourse, If bitcoins is banned. Lets say a new age of war will begin. I see a vision of digital war people will protest and ofcourse online hacking will be rampant. So I dont see it coming because it may ruin the balance of economy.

yes it is a fact that it depend on the people interest, if people are interested in buying bitcoin then it is not possible to be banned and if unfortunately it become banned by the government then people will find other ways of using it.

I do not understand what you mean but i think there is some reason why they are banning bitcoin by government if people are interested to buy bitcoins because of gambling casinos online in some country they should be ban because of their regulation..
It is depends of the law of the country if gambling is ban in their country and they seen that they use bitcoin as alternative to gamble government can ban it because of the laws.

Globally it should not be banned but we have different rules in every country and come country bitcoin will be ban because of illegal activities that they prevent to happen in their country for buying using bitcoin in deep web or darkweb..
But i think there is still some russian people who are using bitcoin and i think its just a term that i didnt hear the real reason why they are banning bitcoin since bitocin is just a currency online alternative payment for paying services or buying something.

Government might ban it if it will already pose a risk in the government system, it is completely opposite on what the government would want, they want our transactions to be transparent but there is no assurance our privacy will be protected.

Corruptions happen in the government but with bitcoin it's a fair practice here.

Because now i know very well about bitcoin and also i have investment-ed on it near about my assets of 30% than if i hear that bitcoin has been banned than believe me i have a big lose, So i really don't want to think that bitcoin would be banned in future or now.

Not only to your, I guess for the majority of people here. Bitcoin has been very helpful to us to do our wants online and with bitcoin we have form a great community of intelligent people where with bitcoin we have unity here. The fact that we can trade with bitcoin we will lose our money generating venture.
