Is bitcoin better or paypal?

In giving advantage, bitcoin is much better than paypal. Bitcoin makes the world unlimited, because there is no exchange rate that distinguishes the bitcoin value. While paypal in some countries can not be used.

I have been told that don't accept payments via paypal, is that right?
Because when buyer will have his bitcoins then he can claim back money from paypal by saying that i haven't received desired product.

The charge back is true, but is not that easy when you send friends and family. I got scammed once. was a newbie sent paypal first as F&F and didnt get the BTC. claimed with paypal and they responded that it was my responsability to send via Friends and Family. So charge back is possible, but with F&F you have to claim a hack to the account and loose it.

In any place in any service you will face some scammers so first we will look at the effectiveness of the service like paypal is not available all over the world and if we will use that service for our business then we will not be able to make our service as international while as bitcoin is available all over the world so if we will adopt it then we will say that our service is international.

For me, bitcoin is better than paypal. In case of bitcoin transaction costs are more cost-effective, though when sending large amounts of bitcoin sometimes takes a long time to confirm.

I completely agree with you. For me, not only transaction costs, but many more benefits have got after using this coin. PayPal is popular in every marketplace, ever freelancer will recommend this without an issue. But I love to connect Bitcoin.

Agreed, bitcoin is better than PayPal. The same is not possible in everytime. Based on user necessity it's good to select the right service. Bitcoin is providing faster transaction for less fee, but it cannot be guaranteed all time. Look the current time period for transaction confirmation.

I'm not expecting and depending for the government to recognize bitcoin but that will be a good help. If ever the government is already implementing and telling us to use bitcoin, no doubt that bitcoin is better than PayPal and we will see on how fast that those PP users are going to migrate to bitcoin.

PayPal is nothing more than a payment platform. It doesn't make any sense for people to mention the investment aspect of Bitcoin in a direct comparison. The only possible comparison between the 2 options will have to do with conducting payments in all sorts of forms, and nothing more. If you purely focus on that, it will give PayPal the advantage as it offers a better payment solution than Bitcoin right now.

It is more convenient for the users of bitcoin to pay with bitcoin that is why they are not going back to paypal. Tell me, according to you, what are these 'many many' issues that PayPal is suffering from? If you don't think that people are complaining about Bitcoin, then you're probably not aware of the load of people complaining about high fees, that they complain about their transactions that don't confirm (directly related to fees), etc. Have you ever used PayPal?

I would ever prefer to substitute Bitcoin besides paypal. Bitcoin has a feature called anonymity which almost everybody likes and i am pretty sure this winsome feature will  retain its glorification on top.

yes everyone has their own choice but i will choose bitcoin, because i do not have any account in paypal and i never use paypal in my life time. in fact i am still very new here in the world of cryptocurreices and online shopping.

When it's a closed platform it needs certain regulations to be followed. This doesn't mean they are strict with their transactions. PayPal made a innovation in the cross border transaction and gained reputation and as an alternate bitcoin emerged. Now based on the different features people give preference to each based on the timely necessity.

Bitcoin is a currency and Paypal is payment method and you cannot actually compare each other but when it comes to online shopping I still feel that Paypal is better then bitcoin as it is accepted by almost each and every site whereas the usage and acceptance of bitcoin is limited at a moment.

everyone has their own choice, may be some people prefer paypal as paypal may be more convenient to them. but for those people who do not have available paypal they are giving preference to bitcoin. to me i am giving preference to bitcoin because i have no account in paypal and never use in my life time. to me bitcoin is more convenient to me as compare to bitcoin.

Funny thing is Paypal is doing everything to strengthen their trust or to get more customers.
Why I said that? I think they are feeling the heat against bitcoin. Maybe they lose a lot of users.
Recently, I have done a transaction with Paypal. They are now connected to one company here in Philippines.
GCash. A service into which you could put your money in a prepaid sim for prepaid load system and other more services. They got an ATM too which is a Mastercard.
Why suddenly connect with this company and you can deposit funds from Paypal to GCash.
Kinda creeps me out because all I know is Paypal is such a selfish service.
Just used their service because my wife won from an app which can only be withdrawn thru Paypal.

Well, i feel that currently bitcoin is really better than paypal. Well, paypal never gives big advantage to its users, but bitcoin, you can get it for free, and can give good profit. Besides, very much the benefits of bitcoin, it's just that, many people who have not realized it.
