I do not see in any circumstances that bitcoin can replace fiat, fiat will always be supported by the people because they have been using it for a long time already and they have no issue with using it.

Yes, it will take a lot of time until bitcoin is replaced by Fiat.  I think we should say that the next generation can do this as the current generation is not fully aware of benefits of bitcoins.

But I think even in next generation there will be many people who will prefer to use fiat especially in poor countries where they don't have access to internet and knowledge about technology.
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Bitcoin cannot replace fiat because the fiat will also be able to use  but the value of the fiat and the bitcoin is both difference and i dont think fiat will disappear for ever but bitcoin will be bigger at the end

We all see that way, bitcoin will be a big online currency in the future that will dominate the online world, we should put our trust with bitcoin and continue to support it so that if this will grow we also grow with bitcoin the same with our investment.

It will be the best crypto currency ever made! I agree bitcoin is the best in the crypto but when we are talking about physical money like fiat and the currency that we are using it is not possible to replace our fiat soon it is just a possibility but if is going to happen thenn im sure im not in earth anymore Cheesy

I do not see in any circumstances that bitcoin can replace fiat, fiat will always be supported by the people because they have been using it for a long time already and they have no issue with using it.

Even if they have a problem in it they wont prefer bringing another coin from nowhere to replace it, but they would try to resolve the problem and keep using it again because they have belief on it.

But I have a question here. Where the fiats are existing to get replaced by bitcoin ?

I would say, already fiats are got replaced by plastic money. Yes, in developed countries people are not carrying paper currencies for their shopping but they are having their credit/debit/ATM cards.

We are all aware of bitcoin has already entered into these cards format. So, replacing anything is highly possible for bitcoin. Believe it.

We have bitcoin debit/credit cards now but the issue is it holds very high fees and not many are willing to pay those fees instead they will prefer to convert their coins to fiat.

Yes and good to see someone realistic and saying that bitcoin cannot replace fiat and I absolutely agree with this.
I believe in bitcoin and know the potential of bitcoin but still fiat is a different thing all together and no matter how successful bitcoin becomes in future but still it can never replace the fiat currency.

Yes true that fiat still remain even the value of bitcoin would be huge in the future because not all people can used bitcoin it is required to have laptop or devices that you can access your bitcoin wallet to used it.
well fiat will remain around for a really long time i think but i have a feeling that in the future it is going to be replaced really easily

I think that, compared to fiat, bitoins are a very rare good.
I can not imagine that even when nearly all bitcoins are mined their amount would be sufficient to make all those payments that are made with fiat now.
So no, bitcoins can not replace fiat.

That is what being argued for months or maybe a year now. If bitcoin price grew large it will be sufficient. Look how many number it is divided now. and it has the lowest which is called satoshi. It is possible to be sufficient but I dont think it can replace fiat.

It will be hard for bitcoin to replace fiat. Because many people still don't know about bitcoin and how it works. That is the minus from bitcoin and also the price that always changed.

True indeed, bitcoins price is not yet known  of all people  in the world, compared to fiat that is mainly used in every single person in the world and besides same as you said bitcoin price is volatile and dont have  fixed price which mostly people dont know about bitcoin would  surely disagree with this kind of state thats why its impossible for bitcoin to replace fiat.

Fiat doesn't have a fixed price/value either. Nothing in the world has. Bitcoin will remain the great alternative to fiat currencies for ever. And the fact that not many people know about Bitcoin, or what it is, is exactly where you can see how much potential growth we can realize in the coming years.

I think if the human is wanna to set the fixed price I think it's just an impossible thing, but every person, group, community, government until the country is having their own interest. and fiat if considering from the local view I think the value will be a fixed rate but if considering the another type of fiat currency they will have a different value.

Fiat hasnt a fixed price, but its controled by banks and their countries, they act when their currencie is too high or to low, with bitcoin the price can go down or up without any entitiy affect it, only  big investors and whales are able to make the bitcoin price moove, and bitcoin had doubled its value several times something that fiat currencies wont ever be able to do or reach.

Very much agree with the OP, bitcoin will never replace fiat.  The reason is that there are tools needed by an individual before they can use bitcoin.  Unlike fiat money where they can use it as long as they have it in their pocket, no added tools needed to buy anything and pay for what you have bought in person unlike bitcoin that needs internet, a gadget and of course bitcoin.
