Yesterday I have made the deposit haven't come to yobit.net of a coin

did you use version 1.3 of the wallet when you made that deposit? most likely you were using the old wallet and yobit was updating to the new wallet/blockchain at the time, update to the newest version and your coins should be back in your balance.

1. make backup of your current wallet

2. download new wallet, windows version https://mega.nz/#!eNRXTCSA!fdoOZC9PjcMY4k3moTU_2aXERGG_fy49GqeK7tTJgis

3. replace the old 1337-qt.exe on your computer with the new one

4. start the wallet and let it synch

If thats giving you errors or something:

1. same as above

2. same as above

3. same as above

4. Go to your appdata/roaming/1337 folder and delete everything EXCEPT your wallet.dat file

5. start the new wallet and let it synch. after its fully synched you will see your coins back in your wallet balance

none of those transactions appear in the blockexplorer because they were made while you were using the old wallet. correct?
if you followed my instruction to update your wallet to recent version 1.3.0 you should get the coins back in your wallet. check if it is fully synched (shows a green V symbol at the bottom right of the wallet window). if you still didnt get your coins go to Help>Debug Window>Console and type repairwallet and hit enter.
