Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear?

Banks are loosing costumers, thats a fact, their services with the finacial system in problems are damaging banks, and they just raise their fees, i had a company and they raised the month fee around 50%, the result of the lower volume of lending. Anyway banks still being the best option for those which wanna to buy a new car or buy a house, allowing you to repay over 40 years, bitcoin lending its a sensible are till the moment, maybe some day someone can offer a legit service.

So where or the ex-customers of banks go? I think they still benefit of the use of a Bank accout. Also I can't blame banks for having low interest. Because they also have matters to face such as comptetitive rates and more discounts. And I doubt a bank will lose a customer because losing a cutstomers means that they don't even their bank account for use.

Bitcoin can't make banks disappear just because people are using it; it's what they know, and they will use. Even if they discovered Bitcoin and understands its purpose, they would still use what they know and always using because almost everyone uses banks. I hope it could be applied everywhere.

It will happen one day that banks will disappear but it is hard to that it will happen due to Bitcoin or due to digital fiat transaction. If world start to do  digital transaction and technology improves than it is possible that there will be no bank office but still banks will be maybe digital banks.

I will say that banks will remain not because of fiat but as there are a a lot of duties which the banks are performing for different governmental and non governmental bodies and because of these banks different institute limit their financial departments because they give their financial duties to banks.

Banks finance every country in this world and helps every government to do and create some projecst for the betterment of their people. The thing about banks is even if you tried to shut them off, the governments would back them simply because they benefit from it. And compared to bitcoins, banks are humongous entities; it requires a ton of effort to actually shift the tides.

you are right that Bank will never disappear and i also hope that bank will be sooner adopting bitcoin for their bank because bitcoin getting too much popular and bitcoin adoption is also on high point so i am sure bitcoin will be promote to bank in the near future.

There are many people that don't use bank accounts at all, so ex costumers may leave the bank and go nowhere, depending on the place where you live, you could live without being part of the banking system for a very long time or for the rest of your life.

I am sorry but I have different opinion with you, we use bank becouse we need to save our money in it, but if we have our own wallet it's mean we doesn't need it anymore. It will not happen, bank will stay here forever. We do not need banks to cooperate with us, we can have our own as it's a different system and it's hard to migrate or integrate the two to function as one. Some people uses banks and some uses bitcoin, but it's good if we can use both to benefit of it all.

though competing, but I guess people's trust in banks is still larger than the bitcoin. Well, within a few years, bitcoin has demonstrated the quality, and an increase in popularity could be called incredible. however, the bank has been believed for a long time by people as a storage area that is safe and convenient to use since the first, so, I think the quality of the current bitcoin, can not be compared to the quality which is owned by the bank.

People mostly choose for banks as their money is well secured and also the fact that governments are keeping an eye on their entire operations.

That gives the average Joe a great feeling of security as even when a bank goes down, their money is secured and won't vanish.

That being said, governments only secure/guarantee your money to a certain level. It of course differs per country, but mostly the amounts that get secured are up to $100,000.

Considering the majority of the people have way less than that, it will be seen as a major positive aspect for people to keep making use of banks.

Before the Christ, there was not any banks and people still lived happily and everything still worked find. Bank is a kind of centralized system which is used by the government to control the people. In some ways, Banks is not good at all and many people have realized that while using bank, you can easily be controlled. Since Bitcoin was created, Bitcoiners have believed that Bitcoin can save them from bank and government and even nonsense tax. I do think that Bitcoin can make a strong effect onto the centralized system which cause bank disappear

Banks will always have place to be, cause of who mostly use banks? - rich people to hold their treasures and people who live from salary to salary and can't allow themselves something expansive. And cause if second type of people is much bigger than others banks will work.

Many countries may start accepting bitcoin but bitcoin can't completely replace banks. Bitcoin will be popular for sure in future and may be priced in million $ mark per coin but it just can't make banks disappear.

Yes agree, because more than 75% of human beings still puts on the banks of course it takes a long time to be disappear. And the most important is whether there is a substitute for a bank? Bitcoin is still not much known so I doubt it can replace for the bank.

Bitcoin cannot fully change money and as money will exist banks will exists too and Bitcoin won't change the fact that people will be looking to take a loan for something like a house or a car. so  according my to bitcoin will not die.
