Weak minded people are normally ones to get addicted to gambling, drugs or more.
But people with newly found or existing emotional or psychological problems or more likely to become addicted.

So both weak minded people and those people who are into experiencing an emotional and psychological problems are the ones who are becoming addicted in gambling. It is hard to cure the addiction if they are getting addicted by that way. Because mental problems are the diseases that is hard to determine its cure.

the number of people who are addicted to gambling is larger than you can imagine. You can not criticize them all just because they are inexperienced in gambling. I do not think that everyone of them have weak mind and psychological problems. Maybe they need more time to understand what they are doing and soon they will know how to control their feelings. Then, they will all figure out the way to lessen gambling

Dreamers or hopeless people get addicted to gambling. People with an objective in mind set a part of a budget for gambling trying to achieve their objective. If they do achieve first objective they move on to next phase, if they don't achieve they quit.

If you play gambling for too long without objectives you will get addicted and lose everything. Objectives cannot be set for games of luck like dice, roulette , slots but only for game of skills.

A basic advice is to only bet a set percentage of your bankroll per day while in the long run this will mean you will lose all your money anyway the difference is that it will happen slower that way you learn to manage your money and your emotions, since there is a big difference between losing your bankroll in a month than in 5 minutes.

I don't see how gambling every single day can help someone with gambling problems. It's like to say to alcoholic that drinking half bottle every day instead of full bottle will solve his problem with alcohol. It doesn't work that way.

yes there is no doubt about this that addiction is the main problem in gambling and specially when you become addicted to always put high amount for each bet. then the situation become alarming and the the risk of losing a big amount of money also increase.

I have better idea i prefer for them if they cant stop gamble to try to use dice sites with faucet and then when they make wagered they get more free money depends on faucet level and amount of wagered money in that site or try to ask server which is giving them internet connection to block some web sites for entry.

A lot of people have gambling problems and its logical if you ask me, see all this signature campaigns and people that are saying you can make profit.
You are just a target, without the point you know you get attracted you get attracted, its like a hidden advert.

Clearly your mind is more dominant that your heart since your heart does not decide on what is right all the time, so if you let it control you, you will always be unsuccessful in gambling. It does not what status your life is as you can be victim with your own emotion towards gambling.

On the other hand, if you have weak mind, you can lose once but you'll figure out easily you have no chance to win in you will still continue.

And that's the real problem coming out they only just know that they are already addicted and they are having hard time to fight against it. Maybe their minds are not that weak but when they are already attached to gambling activities and it affects their way of thinking that they will not able to survive for a day or two if they can't gamble.

And that's the real problem coming out they only just know that they are already addicted and they are having hard time to fight against it. Maybe their minds are not that weak but when they are already attached to gambling activities and it affects their way of thinking that they will not able to survive for a day or two if they can't gamble.

That's a major problem with gambling, another problem that affects the gamblers much is to trying to compensate the loss occurred in one match with the upcoming match. That is when a 0.01 btc is lost in an event, suddenly without making any strategy just placing 0.03 btc to compensate and gain if won. But sure at such instances loss is ours as we don't have patience, just mind thinks of the loss alone.

That's not going to stop any addiction at all but it will help you lessen your addiction. From two bottles to one and then from one to half. From half to 1/4 and so on.. Eventually, it would be less and less that you'd find it boring and just ditch the whole addiction thing. My advice is to lessen your time spend gambling and not just betting smaller than usual. You surely wouldn't mind the bet amount since, well, you were betting tons of money back then. This way, you're also learning to discipline yourself and you're going to start to have control of your urges.

I too think becoming addicted to gambling is not a big sin, the way you play gambling is important for you, if you play gambling in a good way and investing such amount of money that you can afford to lose then there is nothing wrong to be addicted.

And how many people do you know who have tried this method and it helped them with their problem? Because i know many who have tried to quit starting next day with less and at the and of the day they were all drunk(alcohol), without money(gambling) etc. All addictions came in first place because people are gambling, drinking, smoking etc every day and they usually begin with 1/4, half and after some time full, solving problem really doesn't work this way. It's called addiction for a reason.

Yup, someone who is already feeling addicted in gambling definitely have emotions that cannot be in control so that they are wrong in taking decisions that are being faced in the gambling. If you don't want to get addicted in gambling then you should be able to control your emotions, otherwise it's all how you did (forget the emotional control) will never succeed and will definitely get you the loss

I do not think that rich people lose everything in gambling as they do not spend everything on gambling they already have their own businesses from which they earn while these are other people who do not have businesses and only have property and they want to increase their money with gambling often lose all of their property.

Yup, someone who is already feeling addicted in gambling definitely have emotions that cannot be in control so that they are wrong in taking decisions that are being faced in the gambling. If you don't want to get addicted in gambling then you should be able to control your emotions, otherwise it's all how you did (forget the emotional control) will never succeed and will definitely get you the loss

Probably obsession to get back the lost money can lead to gambling addiction.  But the one that actually vulnerable to gambling addiction are people who use gambling to alter their mood.  Since it requires an increase in dosage (bet or exposure in gambling) everytime a person use it to take effect more effectively.  So we can say that this people who are into entertainment and uses gambling as form of it are the people who are more likely exposed to gambling addiction.

I prefer to control myself getting out of gambling instead of asking a help from other people. Not all people are just like what you think, that needs an advice of people around you, some of them chose to be alone. They have still their own decisions even they receive advices from others.

I agree, each people have their own way of quitting from gambling. Some people needs some advice to help themselves to quit. Some can quit by only themselves. It depends on what type of person we are. Some feels comfortable if they adviced by their friends. And some can deal alone with it.

And another type of person may need professional help like the one a psychologist can offer so they can quit gambling for good and unfortunately there will be people unable to quit the habit.

It's impossible, we can all solve the problem with addiction as every problem has a solution. The time matters as it depends on the gravity of the problem and the willingness of a person who wanted to be changed, when it's more serious, it needs full cooperation and more time to solve the problem.

Disagree, not every person is able to come back from the hell that is addiction, I would like for everyone to eventually get better but that will be ignoring reality, some people cannot get over their addiction is a sad truth but we must acknowledge it.

So what you are saying is that an addicted gambler will never be heal? I think you are too negative as a person, even criminals have a chance to change their lives for the better which I believe more serious than being addicted, what I believe while we are living in this this world, we all have a chance to change ourselves even how big or serious the problem we are into.

Read my post again I did not say that, a number of people will be able to get over their addictions that is true but there is also a number of people that will never heal, no matter how much they try that is what I’m saying and that is not being negative but to see things as they are.
