They didn't allow anything.  You can't control whether or not an exchange decides to make an IOU market, and you can't stop anyone from participating in said market.  The devs don't endorse it, and warned of the risk.

Nobody can forbid someone to start selling their promise to give you their xyz-coin as soon as it goes live and no one can forbid someone to buy exactly those.

The funkiest part about this undoubtedly is that its all an entirely Yobit-fabricated scheme # lisk unreleased # 2000% price increase on imaginary tokens. I don't even own the actual LISK assets unfortunately (*´ｪ｀*)

I'm not into ICOs from the beginning. Just thought it would be unfair for an exchange to list a coin without the devs concern. It seems yobit just sold their own stack of coins.

Ofcourse, let's see how well LISK do after April. I don't think anything negative to the listing.

This price is huge, i believe around 500k would be a nice start though !

Anyway the devs cant decide for an exchange to start offering there ico shares before the launch, although the exchange can get in trouble if Lisk never launches, but that isnt a chance here and they know it so they are taking the high risk but ultra high reward.

There selling Lisk for around $7 now thats insane good, cause even if we start $1 it shows people are interrested, even the forum pages skyrocket.

Lots of excitement over an insignificant amount of IOUs being traded. If anything, it might bring some bigger investors into the fold once the token is released.
