Anyone else thinking of jumping from Lisk to Waves to BTC? It is a risk but if Lisk goes up 10-20X, the hype could push Waves to 3-4X ICO at least.

Waves ICO is very scammy. I would avoid it like the plague.

FACT #2: Donations to Waves ICO have almost stopped completely after the initial whale who invested on day 1 to create buzz for their ICO.

i recommended the LISK team releasing the mainnet sometime in JUNE or summer so the competitors, even ICO buyers would go crazy ballistic on her though it creating more hypes, more hypes is always good. think about this crap ETH, it creating hypes for many years! the buttnrin guy hypes his idea at every bitcoin events. this would also making wave ico crap go dead because all the money will focus or trap in LISK. just sayin' .... lol

If we delay until past June it would definitely screw the Waves ICO. I think they devised and timed it so that Lisk hype pours into Waves. That chart is pretty damning about it being a scam.

look at coinmarketcap and you can see that most altcoins are up INCLUDING ETH while bitcoin is also up.

First, disclaimer:
Please know, that I don't have any insider information, or precognitive ability. What I have are deductive reasoning skills, something that most people seem to lack around here.

So here it is:
I think at this point it's more than likely that launch will be around early may.

Why? Today is the 24th, they haven't announced the launch date yet. The reason for this is pretty evident:
- Max won't announce until they can be very sure that the date is fixed
- Oliver has been working on a significant update this week, but it's not done yet
- the launch won't happen until this update happens and it's tested

Even if Oliver releases it today, delegates need to update. Then stress test the network, receive feedback, etc. This takes two days minimum and that's rushing it. Ideally this is a 3-4 days process.

So even if this works perfectly, we are very close to the end of april, and I assume there is tons of other stuff has to be done before launch.

And that is the best case scenario, you know, the one that never happens. It would mean that Oliver is done with the coding today. That the code is working perfectly, there is no need for bug fixing, there are no unforseen events.

So I guess you just have to accept that software development is not done by magic and it takes time, a few extra days are nothing in things like this.

Or you know, alternatively you could do what I know you are going to do. Scream, cry, shout, accuse, curse and whine. (and that is just our legendary investor Wolf Rainer, I'm sure others will have reactions too)
