Between 1.5/2 USD will be fair enough for the moment, them probably a little dump to 0.6/0.75 and stabilizing around 1 USD for a couple of months till the big and usual pump in poloniex to maybe 5/8 USD.

Delay are not good. Specially cause there weren't a detailed reason about delay.
Other coin delayed, but with daily update about technical delay.
Here's there is nothing.

Dev said? With millions fund collected, investor need more clarification abotu this delay, not just end of april. (to me from today april 24, it's already end of april,since there is not an official date,we're already in last april week).
They basically done ico even with several bug on code to be fixed.
It was better to first fix bug, then made ico when everything was ready to go and launch.

there are many reasons for me to believed it's best for LISK to be delay, this is one of it, above. eth delayed many years and they still can't come up with a smooth working wallet, to me it's like using a 10 year old kid program/software, blindly. eth useless crap alarm clock still not working properly.
