Only the 15% ,10% , & 5% were delivered.

The first day bonus was coming from Max and Oliver directly.  This has not occurred as of yet.  If you don't believe please send a PM to LiskHq the creator of this forum.

60 % To create sidechain Apps
20 % for other projects , faucets , profit sharing , Lisk foundation etc ...
20 % For server and other expenses .

max never said that he has news, he said that he will make a blog about what happened in berlin. It isn't necessary that he has closed a deal, it is very likely that he just makes a summary of what he saw there. So people please calm down, I sense a hype here and also in the trollbox about incoming news, there is no need for that and we don't want another crash if nothing special happened.
