If I install Lisk client testnet how do I register as a delegate?
Because when I log in on <my-ip-address:7000> my account has 0 LSK...

Go to the delegate channel at http://lisk.chat.  Copy your testnet account number into a chat post asking tor testnet lisk to register a delegate.  Somebody will send you some test lisk.  If they don't, send a private message to joel directly with the same information.

yes, 0.3.2 works great and what a surprise   there is an bapp called "bitbooks", after i installed and started it got message app not ready.. still serves as a great POC. good job Lisk.

I have not started, the app asks for a Master Passphrase ...

you can find your master password in your config.json, after "nano config.json" just scroll to the bottom.

Hey I have a question about lowering the transaction fees.

Why would delegates agree to lower transaction fees? They'll suddenly receive less money unless the transaction volume goes up a lot.

Sure people could vote them out if they don't want to help, but it sounds pretty hard to get a majority, why is this not a problem?

does anyone else thinks its odd that lisk volume is pretty much #5 @ almost two million, but the cap is barely @ 21mil?  Isn't that obvious collecting?  And why would folks collect lisk?

Is Charles Hoskinson still an adviser? Can you involve him in a more direct capacity? He seems to have enough time on his hands since he said he might test some stuff on ETC. Why not test some of his apps on Lisk?

I see somebody attempted to fight the market and tried to pump LSK. This is a big mistake because if the price continues to fall then he will have to dump to avoid a big loss making the price fall more again. Without market sentiment it is good to avoid doing anything for now.

The transaction fees were one of the reasons what put me off buying Lisk originally (other being the price at the time). If the price increases substantially they will have to drop or a number of smaller players will not even consider using Lisk due to the fees. It could be a barrier (or at lest braking factor) to growth. I understand it is important, but should it scale down with volume or price to keep the coin attractive and keep delegates happy?

I am not saying anything of that sort. I am merely observing the LSK market and making a speculation. As I said fighting the market should not be done. You should save your money for now and patiently wait and observe the market.

Lets see, can't see anything yet - but can certainly see a big list towards lisk (pun intended) once the result of ETH/ETC war has been decided. Neither may come off in good shape by the end of proceedings. The waters don't seem choppy yet this morning, but the markets haven't fully woken yet
