1 of the golden rules of crypto is never sell below what u bought in for, then you don't lose money.  Even the shittest of the shite shitter coins get pumped at some point.

And if you really need to get that money out to pay for your ramen then you are an even bigger idiot and breaking the other golden rule:

Don't invest what you can't afford to lose.
