lisk is automatically started at boot
When a new version is released, you can update with:

On
windows/mac, download and install Oracle VM VirtualBox
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads , create a new Linux machine ubuntu 64bit, and load an iso image of ubuntu 16.04 LTS
http://www.ubuntu-it.org/download and make installation inside the virtual machine.

windows/mac, you can install lisk too under docker:

run this command:

Get the docker container id, running on docker terminal this command:
docker ps -aSubstitute the container ID found above
docker exec -it container_id bashOpen config.json for editing:
nano config.jsonmodify api section as follow:

Exit the bash shell for Docker
exitRestart the docker container using the container ID found previously
docker restart container_id3. To access the Lisk web client, open:
http://192.168.99.100:8000/4. Every time you restart your PC, just re-launch the Docker Quickstart Terminal and then wait few minutes, and open the web browser
