Online on an exchange site and on block chain wallet. I prefer it there so I can access it anytime, anywhere. If there is a sudden need to convert or spend, all I need is a cp and internet. But of course, cold storage is the safest place to store your bitcoin.

I store my bitcoin in online wallet and after that i keep a check on its value for 2-3 days. When i found getting a good price then I take no time to sell my coins.

There are many ways of storing bitcoins and various types of wallet software. Storing bitcoin does not require bitcoin storage, but requires secure private key storage to the wallet address.

Bitcoin works based on a public / private key pair, public key being a public address to receive payments, private key is used to sign a coin delivery transaction from that address. Private key storage is stored in a 'wallet' and there are many ways to do it, each using a different level of security. For example The bitcoin QT wallet and other desktop wallets are good for beginners, but require a good machine specification to use and have to download all blockchain. For internet connections with limited bandwidth and machines with small hard drives, this wallet is not a good choice. This wallet should not be used to save large sums of money due to security implications, and a backup of wallet files must be taken.

Hello everyone as the title says ^
Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?
The safest way to store Bitcoin is to use hardware wallets like Ledger and Trezor. With a hardware purse, I will always need this hardware to access Bitcoin, so it's safer. And I also have to give a physical approval to make transactions. This feature can improve security, because if there is a hacker who attacked my computer, the hacker will not be able to physically press the key in my hardware to provide transaction approval.

I don't own many Bitcoins so I don't need to think much about it storing and safety.I use online wallet from the start blockchain and set up good password with Google Authenticator this is all.If somehow in future I own many bitcoins then I will use much more good ways to take extra measures.

I stored my bitcoin through hardware wallet because you can carry whenever you go through USB and if you happen to lose the wallet you will be able to recover the funds using a seed phrase.

I'm still a beginner when it comes to bitcoin. Since I got my first bitcoin, I only stored in a wallet. I still store it there until now. But some people recommend better ways of storing bitcoin like a paper wallet, a hardware wallet and so much more. I also just found out that bitcoin can be stored in a flash drive but i still don't know if it is legitimate.

You can keep your bitcoins is a wallet. Also just like an email, you can give anyone your email address and with a cryptocurrency, you can give them your public address. There is a second part to your wallet and this is your private key. All someone needs to know to send you money is your public address. The one thing you should never share is your private key. If someone gets access to your private key, they could
steal all your coins.

I spread them on different wallets because it's smart to do so. You can get the product of hardforks in different wallets that supports it. So it's a smarter choice.

Bitcoins are  best stored in paper wallet or you can split them within exchanges you have access to their private keys

I would argue if it's the safest. It's certainly useful when you're using your coins a lot and need access to the keys. If you're planning to store your coins for a longer period of time you can be safe without buying a hardware wallet. Just get a clean offline device and use it to generate an address. Send coins to that address and save it along with the key in a file that will never be accessed unless you want to withdraw. The moment you put this key in an online wallet you consider it burnt and move money out of it.
