Yeah, Actually you can earn a whole bitcoin with signature campaigns alone, it will just depend on what campaign you are joining. It will be a slow way but you will surely earn with less risk.

The risk in signature campaigns is only for those who have no knowledge about anything and joins a campaign and start spamming around for earning some bits.

You first coin is mostly the important if you can you should just buy it because otherwise it will most likely be a long journey.

That's right.
At first when you join this industry, it is really hard to earn bitcoins so it takes time to complete one bitcoin.
But as the time goes and you get familiar with all the factors of bitcoin so it gets easier for you to earn it so after that you would probably be able to earn it earlier then you could before.

Based on this thread, it appears much easier topurchase a Bitcoin, then probably invest it onmining or something similar to this. However, this is not something good to do before the halving I suspect (de to problems that can arise during it).
