Well anything now can be use as a currency for illegal things, and Bitcoin is the right currency for them as it made there transactions hard to find. Never take information you read online for granted. There is no way that there are statistics available showing the popularity of people using Bitcoin in weapon related transactions. If you buy drugs or whatever, you keep your mouth shut. At least, that's what people with common sense would do. Obviously, drugs are much easier to transport than weapons for example. If you buy yourself a few grams of white, it can easily be hidden between well sealed post cards. It passes metal detectors, etc. So in that regard, compared to drugs, it's fairly easy to assume weapons are not being purchased as much as drugs through darknet markets.

That is certainly true, but not all of them use the bitcoin for illegal activities. Many also use bitcoin for their needs to transfer between countries so that they need not bother to exchange currency with a big enough fee. Just do something a good thing and not have to think about the negative impact when there are still many people who use the bitcoin for technological advancement. any illegal activity will definitely give you the worst thing for us, because it was so opposite of the law that is already made

We could not really tell if they are using bitcoin for illegal activities or not because it's anonymous, and whether they use it or not it does not matter as long as bitcoin's economy is progressive and the majority will be benefited.

It's not very low my friend, if you have search int eh black market they are using bitcoin. In overall it's low but for the whole market of bitcoin it's definitely big. Any currency can be use for illegal activities and not just bitcoin, it's the decision of the users not the currency or bitcoin because the users give life to it.

Of course illegal transactions using bitcoin will not benefit cryptocurrency, but should understand that if now bitcoin is famous for its anonymity, the police can bring a lot of interest for cryptocurrency negativity in general.
