The Rubies you have are from your previous betting with BetterBets.io so those are basically a way of thanking you for your loyalty, these were part of Rubies first distribution to all players.

Anyways it would be better if you have a quick exchange from BTC to RUBY and vice versa integrated on your site itself so that I dont have to go in a roundabout way.

Conflicted occurs often of coin if it's trying to be sent while just going in or coming out of stake check the faucet and probably need to disable staking. Do a repair wallet command maybe.
