THIS COIN IS ONE OF THE COIN I ADMIRE MOST, though it's been abandoned by the previous developer, the new community is giving their effort to make the coin alive and stay through the test of the growing crypto market.
this coin must be on some large exchanges and the people behind must continue to promote this coin and sooner we will see this one accelerating!

It is better to gather the Bitcoin ahead of time so that the votes don't dribble in and cross over into another week and become wasted.

Most importantly a good and clear roadmap - objectives, tasks, deadlines. And then the implementation step by step! The lack of roadmap scares away potential investors more than any technical problems.

Having a foundation is something out of this world these days. Theres no foundation Ive ever heard of it. Dont deceive gulls before theyve disposed of existing deceiveness.

2. No merchant tools - No progress on this.  Any ideas anyone?
3. No mobile wallet - Emailed the original Android wallet guy yesterday.  Haven't heard back.  We probably need to start raising funds to find a new person to create that.
4. Very boring website - Anyone who would like to volunteer to redesign the website should post on this thread.
5. Roadmap - I have post a couple of different road maps but the main issue we are having is that no one has any suggestions on how to improve the coin itself.  We need to constantly be innovating and though the TRC Foundation members have experience with a variety of coins we need your input on how to become the best coin out there.  Here are some notes that I have taken from the roadmap discussion over the past month or so.
  Be listed on at least 3 exchanges (not including Vircurex – It dead)
   Bittrex and Polonix?
Have five websites accept TRC as payment
   We need a list of possible websites & merchant services
Have a TRC Foundation p2pool seed node & seed wallet
   My personal server has crapped out.  It was an old server with no hash rate, but I was thinking it would be nice to have running to make sure the sharechain was working.
   An official TRC blockchain explorer (instead of just using whichever one happens to be working right now.) - Done.
   Get two volunteer developers to join the TRC Foundation
   We need more then just developers we need more people as well.
   Open discussion about the next step for the wallet.
   Have a Terracoin Foundation managed cloud mining operation to improve stability.
   Work on a way to increase the number of transactions to 2 per block?
   Working test net and how we accomplish that.

Yep!  When the original developer abandoned the coin the value was pretty much destroyed.  TRC has been resurrected, but we will need your help to make it succeed!

I know the one person who was throwing 1 TH into Mineshaft and I asked him why he wasn't using AUX (he was still using POW) and he said he was planning on setting up his own pool.  I mentioned zpool, but haven't heard back.  It could be him testing stuff.

At least for C-Cex it seem like the votes are not cleared at the end of the week. I have a feeling it will just take a few weeks and then TRC will be added. Quite nice to see that 14LW52k8vhHvHaGfmgx48d3su4RcKPyKcc already got 0.4BTC (at the time I'm writing this).

We haven't gotten any donations to that address this time around.  The .4 BTC was an outgoing payment to Ahmed for developing the TRC wallet.
