Here is a dose of Reality For everyone, and why we keep saying that the current price of VERGE is a steal.
For VERGE to become a top 5 coin as many of us believe, these are my calculations.
I used a supply of 10,000,000,000 VERGE for calculations, we are not quite at 10 billion yet, but it is getting close.

#2 ETHERIUM has 129.5 x less coins than VERGE and today is 0.01250000 BTC per ETH
If i divide ETH price of 0.01250000 by 129.5 i get 0.00009652 BTC per VERGE

#3 RIPPLE has 3.4 x more coins than VERGE and today is 0.00001820 BTC per XRP
If i times XRP price of 0.00001820 by 3.4 i get 0.00006188 BTC per VERGE

#4 LITECOIN has 224.16 x less coins than VERGE and today is 0.00790000 BTC per LTC
If i divide LTC price of 0.00790000 by 224.16 i get 0.00003524 BTC per VERGE

#5 DOGECOIN has 10.31 x more coins than VERGE and today is 0.00000063 BTC per DOGE
if i times DOGE price of 0.00000063 by 10.31 i get 0.00000649 BTC per VERGE

hey guys, so i can confirm that about 80% of our nethash dropped off the network earlier. at first i got nervous and thought there was a fork because i noticed the difficulty went pretty low,

but then it climbed back up. it was as if all pools but suprnova had disconnected from the network for a few moments.

:whew:

all is well, and on that note, i added a new checkpoint to the source code.  

should have the i2p electrum server finished within a day or two.

Maybe when coinmarketcap changed over, the multipools dropped hash, because they were still looking for Doged??

Some hot news hot in the sense of burning lol... Some group of miners are responsible for most sells BUT the thing is VERGE is not profitable at all for miners in current hashrate. So yes someone or some who are purposely mining and "dumping" at huge loses just for the sake of "undermining" VERGE. WE are at a crypto war my friends!  

Next step is finding who they and where are they just for fun
