You can quit gambling when you want to quit it, It is easy to quit by just saying to yourself that you will quit in gambling because the decision is always by yourself so I think that you should do it by just wanting it because quitting is gambling is easy as long as you want it.

That is the stupid way to stop gambling. Deleting an account from this forum will not help the gambler to stop. Do not you think gambling comes from here alone, gambling sites are many, almost every site asks for our account. When you've deleted an account in this forum you can still do it elsewhere. To stop, what needs to be improved is the psychiatric condition, from continuing to think of gambling, to being reduced to the end.

yes deleting account will not help you to stop gambling. I have not understood one thing this forum account and gambling how these two will be related. Both are different this forum will help you how to stop gambling, and it will teach you how to do deal with Bitcoin in gambling.

When they share their experiences on how to stop gambling, we can copy it, although it is not working for us, but it works for them, and it's worth a try. Thats what I have been telling people this whole time yet alot of people keep saying that it is hard with tons of excuses. We are responsible for our own action and there are nothing that could help us stop unless we are determined to stop. I dont really see how it is hard when we are determined that we are going to stop

i agree this and we need to make new habit to quit gambling and we need support from other people so we can do this. no matter how hard, if there is any people around us that want to help us to quit gambling, then i am sure that we can quit gambling for good reason and we can stay away from playing gambling for the rest of our life.

Gambling is really a thing that someone could do for fun and get a bunch of money from guessing different results and getting it correct. There really is not much energy needed to gamble.

That is great, you realized now what may happen. That is a big possibility because gambling addicts are usually left by their family, they can't stand a guy like that that waste his money that is right to be a help in his children or family. I know it's difficult because that is how addiction affect on us, however we all want to have a good life and we know that if it is already a habit it is not good for us. We should instill discipline when gambling and must not let our emotion to play the game for us, most likely we will lose if we will not learn how to control.

Addiction is why it's hard for us to quit gambling . However, if we start givjng discipline to ourselves thorugh doing better stuffs, we can succeed on our plan to quit gambling. Changes would start from ourselves.

As said change need to start from us. No one can help us get out of addiction,it's our mind that decides what needs to be done next. If one's mind can be controlled by him, then he can master anything. So addiction can be controlled on self realization of the loss and frustration occurred due to the same.

It's one of the best idea here to quit gambling for good. Getting busy with a lot of meaningful things plus working for a real job because that will change your mood and attraction in gambling. The other way seems to be more likely based from my experience. Agree, by looking for a job you can make yourself busy, and you'll spend a long time working. With your time spent working, you will not have time to gamble. Perhaps gambling addicts will force them to keep gambling in the empty times they have, they will take advantage of a little time. But at least it works to reduce their playing time.
