i think people get addicted to gambling only for the greed of money, they always want to win the gambling for profit and when they lose it they try to play again to get back their lost money i mean that they make it the only source of income, so i think if they want to get rid of gambling they need to seek some other sources of income and do such jobs that make them happy or do such business in which they could get interest then i think that will divert their attention.

yes that is really too hard and specially if you are addicted to gambling, most of the people when they tired of playing gambling because of losing a lot of money, but i  do not think that it is easy that they will stop gambling. but if they just make planing for playing gambling and if they play with some strategy so at least through this way they can reduce to risk of losing money at all.

This is it, it may be hard but it's worth the try. Because I did it for so many times and I keep on telling that I'm going to quit for this year, for this month and so on. This is it, it may be hard but it's worth the try. Because I did it for so many times and I keep on telling that I'm going to quit for this year, for this month and so on. Of course you can quit if you will work hard for it, otherwise it will just make your problem go bigger.

If you actually want to only play for fun then it might be better for you not to play at all. If you play then you are probably not going to stop at this rate so why bother to keep on playing if you dont want any profit but only fun instead? Things are definitely weird at this point and you should just stop

I do not think going out from home is the answer to that question. Gamblers who want to quit gambling do not have to do that, it will only make them more out of control. If you're a gambler who wants to quit, do not be embarrassed to ask your friends for help. Your non-gambling friend will always help you stop, because I'm sure that's what they want, to see you stop.

yes you are right that gambling become out of control and it is very difficult for them to quit gambling easily and if they want to quit gambling then they have to control their feelings about gambling and they needs to adopt such activities that force them to stop gambling, but i think asking friends for help is not good idea in such situation they need to concern their family members and ask help from them then it will be very helpful for them.

Actually it is hard to stop gambling for good. Its is best to stop little by little not to gamble with determination and patience that you will overcome the addiction. And, much better to find other things you focuse to do so you will not think anymore to gamble. For sure you will forgot to played on.

But stopping instantly would save you a lot of money. Also it would be much better for gambler to stop gambling instead of gambling less every day, as he will still want to gamble. Nobody said that it is easy to stop gambling if you are addicted to gambling, but it is possible to do that, that gambler that wants to stop just have to try enough to stop wanting to gamble.

Yes that will be the best result for stopping or quitting gambling for good. We can't stop instantly, there are gamblers that can't resist the temptation and they will stop suddenly. I was quite addicted into gambling, but next morning after i won, and then instantly lost large amount of money i told myself that it is enough and i stopped gambling. Once we get very bad experience in gambling then automatically we will stop gambling. Untill and unless we lose more money we will not take this issue very serious. When we lose more money, then only our mind will come under our control. Most of the gamblers situation is same like this. They will try to stop, but greed will not let them stop.

And usually this happens not when you lose a lot of money over time, but with it happens in one day or just few hours. It's even worse, when you lose lots of money that you won hour ago, as then you start blaming yourself for not stopping before and so on. It is so hard to quit on gambling especially your'e doing it for a long time, but if you really want to quit you should do it little by little. First, you should set a goal like " i will stop gambling this year " so start it with limiting yourself on going to cassino or any gambling place and how much your going to spend.

You said it right man,playing gambling isnt really wrong if you do know how to treat it that way it should be but we cant really remove in to a certain person its greediness because its always been part of ourselves when we are talking already about money and that emotion of greed do normally come out.It does depend on how people gonna handle it for not to be controlled by it so easily because if you do know how to handle then quitting or stopping will be really easy for you.

That is exactly what I am doing and by doing it this way then Im not going to ruin myself. I control what I gamble and only use a small amount. When you cant quit your gambling habit, this is what you should do. If you can even do this as well then nothing can help you, so far this has helped me alot

Even a person is determined but I doubt it that he can resist the temptation. Because he will always want to gamble when he is going to start quit gambling. I know that feeling because I went through to that feeling and I'm aware on what are those quitters are experiencing, so it will not be an easy thing for an instant quit.

It is very simple, if he cannot fight the urge to gamble, his is not determined to stop gambling.  Can't you see the logic there?  It won't be easy for an instant quit, I agree, because you are half hearted in doing so.  Being half hearted is not determined.  Who said that it was easy, I know it is difficult but with determination to stop gambling, you will be able to do it instantly.  If you can't, one thing I am sure, you are not determined to do it and set a lot of excuses to extend your gambling habbit. 

That's the logic behind it, there's no easy when you will always aim for an instant, instant win and specific with instant quit. And it's a normal thing that gamblers will always try to make some excuses even they really want to gamble, they will tell others that it will be the last time that they will gamble but it's only an excuse.
