Well, all addictions are bad because you are having too much of it, no matter what you say as long as you are doing the deed (the thing that you are addicted to) you will keep doing it until you hurt other relationships. It seems that in some cases, people get addicted because they long for something else, like love for example. People tend to replace love with adrenaline or something that they would want to feel if they are hurt.

yes for some gambling is addiction. if you are playing gambling to earn profits and you are satisfied about the outcome of your efforst in gambling. maybe you can be addicted to it. but for some gambling is just a past time where they want to try their luck and have a good time.

Yes we know this, gambling will take our money and make our wallet empty that is why OP is asking us how to quit gambling. According to me find the new habit of spending your free time and addict to other games means online games or any outdoor games then you will not get a chance to play gambling. You will stop your play within few days. When people do not get time to think gambling, then they will stop immediately.

Gambling is the worst disease that I have ever come across. If you gamble for fun, you stand a better chance to avoid the effects of gambling. When you are investing, you're technically risking all money that you have invested just like risking the money you have been gambling on a site .
My suggestion is doing short trades on poloniex, I think think that this will be the diagram of their risks gambling is riskier than investment, and investment is riskier than altcoin trading . If you're quitting you should replace it in doing productive things .

That's really obvious, if you don't feel like it, then you are probably not going to and that could be a symptom of addiction. It's only you who could really achieve the one-ness of yourself, to completely stop something that's a part of you already.
