Easily,Eat more mate and instant foods everyday. you will become fat in a short of time but of course it is not healthy for your body. You can try to eat more vegetables and rice then exercise and sleep more.

Very useful nuts. I read that to get the necessary vitamins, you need to eat five nuts of any kind per day. Fresh eggs are also very useful. You can have domestic chickens or at least quails.
