Back up now.  Had to do some brief maintenance.

I have requested a withdrawal soon after the site is back up, and the withdrawal has been stuck with the status of "In Process" for over 10 minutes. Could you please take at look at it?

It seems some gamblers have lost big in the past few hours, as the investor profit has now become +94 bitcoin.

The same user that was announced to have won huge in sharpdice and bit-exo lost alot it seems https://www.moneypot.com/users/jseonline. There are few others that lose today in some other apps however it seems the majority of the profit came from this guy, well this is after the cut from the app share profit

Hi Sora Aoi, our solvency is over 100%. As far as solvency from publicly viewable cold addresses it's possible you got that figure from DiceSites.com. We have ~70 more BTC in cold storage than what DiceSites has us listed as (we haven't listed all of our cold addresses yet, we recently switched to a Multi-Sig system).

Also "solvency" is technically wrong/dramatic, it's indeed just "public (cold) address(es)" - most sites do try to keep it between 80-90% though.

is opening/wagering with multi tabs allowed because  I remember that when you guys jumped in our app and told users to stop multi tab play?

what is the difference between multi tab wagering and multi user names wagering? for example a user opens 5 tabs and wagers or a user registers 5 user names and wagers?

maybe you did not understand my question or I did not ask clear enough. the screenshot shows actually one and the same user with 5 different user names that means that one user is betting with 5 accounts the same time.I cant see a difference between a user who opens 5 tabs for betting and a user who opens 5 accounts with 5 different user names and is betting the same time

Yes, that is where I found the data. I agree solvency was a poor choice of words. My apologies.

With that said, a higher storage in public addresses will provide more security for the public.

No -- as in we don't allow multiple tabs of the same account or multiple tabs of different accounts for the purposes of betting faster.

Multiple user accounts but same person are 'ok' in the sense that they do not put as much stress on the server as multiple tabs under the same account would, but we don't wish for users to do this.  Users should be using the site as it was intended and not using workarounds to get more requests in to the server.

So basically a user can have more than one moneypot account but they should only gamble with one account at a time?

Or can they gamble on 2 sites with two different accounts (say use one account on betterbets and a different account on dustdice).

My roommate has showed interest in playing that's why I ask. I assume that like other sites you count an "IP" address as a belonging to one person no matter how many people actually use it.

and I am the same person and go to the same app he wagered or can I even go to all mp apps? so this would be allowed?

Having more than one account is fine.  Just don't have them running at the same time on the same site.
