Understand security is a main issue but I read several annoucements of "...soon rubies integration...." and I would strongly like to see them realized

Yeah really we've heard "soon" "imminent"... but nothing to show for it

If you looking for an investment, moneypot is one of the better options. I trust them, much much better then HYIP or some other nonesense. The returns are slower but at least its stable and that's what matters in the end.

I would like to personally apologize for the delay. I my self is a stakeholder of rubies and it is also in my interest to have rubies integrated asap... But as people may not know, its not a switch that i could just turn on. There are alot of things to consider and fully test.

During the attacks last week, i was already testing rubies on a new higher capacity server. The plan is to test rubies and v2 on the new higher capacity server, then when its ready, point our dns to this new servers, making the transition smooth and lesser down time.

Then the attack came, The old server of MP is very small compared to the attack, and i was caught off-guard by it. So i decided to halt v2,rbies, and transfer our service to this new higher server, instead of just staring at the cloudflare page.  So because this new server is now in  used, its making it harder for me to test on.

A tentative date i can give is this week up to first week of july. again this is just tentative

interesting question. why do you need to see the unverified list? do you have an unverified app?

i don't mean unverified apps (links), what i mean is they only show apps that have 20BTC (or more) total wagered amount so only those apps are getting good traffic from players and not those who created app but don't have much traffic yet coz no one knows that there is new app

i don't have my own app but im thinking to create mine actually from untitled dice but ofcourse with added features

I thought so, I guess it is nice to invest more in moneypot since there are many games available for the gambler to play and that would simply mean more wagered equals more profit. The marketing is good but they need to improve the security more.

Security is not the issue. The DDoS attacks never threatened user funds, the issue is the attacks caused significant downtime.

If you looking for an investment, moneypot is one of the better options. I trust them, much much better then HYIP or some other nonesense. The returns are slower but at least its stable and that's what matters in the end.

I really dont think it was a very big loss.  like 4 or 5 months ago was a big loss when a player hit a huge payout with a large bet.   The swing you are talking about isnt too bad at all.  Keep your money invested and you will get it back.

I really could care less about the swings. I just want some transparency because betterbets (which is like 80-90% of the MPs betting volume) had a winning 24 hours. So some small app just wiped out a month's profit. Seems a bit strange to me that a small app could cause such a big swing.

The win happened of Bitcoin Dice, which is some random dice app hosted on github with a 1.5% edge. User helpmywallet, who is also the creator of that site decided to gamble, and had some nice winnings. You can see the moneypot page here: https://www.moneypot.com/apps/1222-bitcoin-dice
You will find some nice large wins, and his profile showed him to be in an overall profit on Bitcoin Dice. Not sure how much of that 30 BTC was done recently, but I would say a lot.

Also, sometimes a huge loss happens on moneypot that makes the last week/other time period's profit look puny. Other times, a dust lottery win is hit and the bankroll loses a bunch.

All bets are verifiable.

Yesterday a user of ours lost a decent amount of Bitcoin and came back swinging today (and has not only regained his losses but is well into the profits). He has bet as high as 8+ BTC per roll.

He bets on his own app (likely to receive 50% of the HE back), and not on BetterBets which is why it wasn't showing up under BetterBets. And BetterBets does not make up 90% of MP's volume. BetterBets is responsible for ~ 26,000 BTC wagered while MoneyPot has handled over 40,000 wagered, meaning BetterBets makes up around 65% of MoneyPot's volume.

It seems like he's a pretty big loser on other sites, but a huge winner overall and all because of his site. first of all this app owner and player is not a winner if you check his history of last year. that he will win sometimes is very normal

all app owners are wagering on their own sites and investors are profiting from this. do you want to stop the owners from wagering on their own sites?

As an investor, you shouldn't care whether an app owner is wagering or not -- it's the exact same scenario to you. Whether it's a random person betting 1 BTC or an app owner, you have the same exact chance to both lose and win that 1 BTC (as a whole, in the BR). Nothing changes for you.

I never said I had a problem with an owner betting on their own site. I said I would think about it. My gut feeling is that I have no problem with it. But I want to do a little research myself.
