yah it is better to focus with the coin guys we needed to make it sure that there's a future goal and as a holder of it my main concerned is for the dev to show up and let us know if what help they need from us. cool down Big UP family.

Morning people. An update, as of now all the financial losses to the value of BIGUP are on Prospecta. As per my conversation with a "professional" lawyer the case is open and shut. Anyone who held the BIGUP currency is owed restitution by the actions and admitting of extortion by Prospecta himself. The statement he made through his fake account about defamation of character hasn't a snowballs chance in hell of him having any case as he would have to show financial loss incurred to him by any defamation which he has none. Prospecta is as dumb as a rock, it shows and he would clearly just piss off any judge for wasting his time. The proof of the loss is one of the investors clearly stating he is dumping his investment in Bigup based on what Prospecta stated and Prospecta is clearly cheering him on. The losses are estimated at current to be around USD43,000.00 plus damages not to mention every coin staked there after is being created at a loss. So $43,000.00 is the starting point. Best part of all this, you will make a profit after all on BIGUP and not have pay for a lawyer at all. I suggest everyone that has held BIGUP during this estimate their losses and put it to the side I will post what to do in the future. Even if he has nothing, the court will seize his assets of any value and if he finds any employment in the future his wages will be seized to settle any outstanding debt. If he is a minor, well his parents are going to be responsible. If he is not capable of paying the restitution, I will ask for the maximum penalty of jail time. So his future in a nut shell is a fine of USD10,000.00 plus restitution of currently USD43,000.00 and/or some jail time. Prospecta clearly will be found as he can not stop and everything is traceable to the FBI. Sorry about the paragraphs Joe.

Can we change the setting of this thread to moderated so we can minimize people trolling here and bashing Bigup so we can all concentrate on the development of Bigup,I see some threads like they delete your thread if it against the coins that they are promoting..

You have to start a new thread, it can't be changed to moderated 80 pages in. All good scamcoins have a moderated thread to delete anything not shilling the coin. It's a great idea to make this scam even scammier by changing to a moderated thread. Might need to get JRu to check with the FBI first to make sure its OK since the FBI are in charge of BIGUP now.  ...and again, THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY DEVELOPMENT AND THERE WON'T BE...its just all talk by a bunch of bagholders and a greedy dev looking to dump his premine. The smartest thing any of you could do would be dump this piece of shit and move on, leave the dev and JRu to sit here crying alone. There is no way this shit is coming back after from JRu's epic meltdown and his numerous hilarious threats. Anyone who buys BIGUP after reading the JRu meltdown deserves to lose every cent, and they will. |
