My wallet is syncing and in fact staking nicely please go back on the main post and get more nodes,Bigup has a lot of nodes and the connection can get you up to 13 connections even if I did not open my wallet for 3 days I can get it sync in just an hour..

thx for feedback. i did a resync of entire blockchain and it's syncing again.
i do get (before and after resync of entire blockchain) a lot (like 80%) of orphans, any thoughts on that?

Yes it happens a lot but not that huge number of orphan I also want an explanation why we are getting those high number of orphans but over all i still like it I am getting over 50,000 from staking my wallet could have double if all those mined are not orphan

I like the Rokos flavors it will be nice to stake my wallet on a Raspberry Pi3. This coin will come into it's own as it has it's own niche. I am running several POS coins and so far this coin is kicking their a$$. Even thought some are worth more they stake so low they are still being beaten by BigUP. I have staked comparison against. Evotion coin, New Piggy, Tekcoin and Mintcoin. Are there any others?

The next version of ROKOS Flavors is confirmed to have BigUp included. This will make staking BigUp very easy and energy efficient

It would be great to assemble a competitive analysis for those coins and any others that can be compared to BigUp in this way. Maybe include the other coins that are included in ROKOS Flavors?

LOL at these tiny levels of volume the dev can't even dump the monthly stake of 0.66 BTC @ 2 sat he said he will be dumping.

As I've said countless times, theres now basically no new buyers...this bag of shit has a 1/4 premine and no actual development just talk and talk and talk of development and intergalactic travel. It's a classic long con where the dev is trying his hardest to do as little as possible and encourage bagholders to do the work so he can reap rewards.

It's now a race for existing holders to dump stake before theres only 1 sat sells left and no buys.

If you are not reading the devs latest post you can see the current development in a weeks time we will be on 3 exchanges like all the other coins in it's infancy we they all experience the same situation like all the rest of the coin it is about community support

The math above is provably wrong and is just another attempt at FUD and lies. Using the value of 0.04 for 24 hours (which is a low point, it actually goes up and down), there are ~30 days in a month...

30 * 0.04 = 1.2

And this would only be considering one exchange. Looking at other markets tells a completely different story. BigUp was designed for long-term success and is proving that to be true everyday


As you said robelneo, BigUp is in it's infancy. It is growing constantly, new people are posting in here and activity surrounding BigUp continues to grow BIGGER

Orphan blocks mean the block you created did not propagate to the network before a competing block on the chain. This does not mean you are losing stake though

Stake is based on time not blocks submitted. What this means is that you are rewarded for time holding coins not for the blocks you generate (like with PoW) so if you did not get stake because of an orphed block you will get stake later when your block is accepted

You will definitely stake, it may take a little bit of time but you will. Not sure of the exact %. (you can always put your mouse on the lower right corner above the X type symbol and it will tell you how long of a wait you have before your expected stake.

I have been checking the Rokos website for the Pi3 update. Running the BIGUP wallet and a few others on it would be nice. Only 3 watts and can keep it running 24/7.  I think there will be a big surprise in May 2016 for BigUP. Developer has good plans all ready tested and proven. Though the developer has been faced with contention of Simple Jack, the developer has done well in spite of the extortion attempts and slander. Those that dumped at the opinion of Simple Jack will realize soon that they have been used by him. Used by Simple Jack and Jack got Jack $hit.  Good news keeps coming and with Bitcoin halving and no mining equipment being sold to the public that will make ROI, all those miners either have to quit or find something else. BigUP looks to fill the void of those shut out of BTC mining. Even rumors of a "whale" looking into BIGUP are valid. Keep your eyes on the charts...you never know what is going to happen.
