I would even suggest you withdraw your Trumps and BTC from YOBIT at least until we all know
what the situation is. I dont need to spell out what could be going on here.

I work with others wallets, so I know how to configure it, but the trump wallet doesn't update the blocks

We are moving to a new wallet April 14. This should get you going while you wait for the update... 1. Open Notepad and paste this... addnode=74.120.220.54 addnode=136.243.50.159 addnode=185.93.68.25 addnode=185.117.72.185 addnode=84.200.32.105 addnode=66.85.74.22 addnode=117.72.185 2. Click File->Save As... 3. Change "Save as type" from text documents to "All Files" <--IMPORTANT! 4. Change "File name" to trumpcoin.conf 5. In the top of the Save As window there is an address bar. Paste this into the address bar then press enter... %APPDATA%\Trumpcoin 6. Click Save 7. Restart your wallet. |

From what I can gather it looks like the Lisk team will probably have to play ball with Yobit. They have effectively set the price
and I suppose the lisk team can either go along with it or risk upsetting a lot of people.
For a moment there I thought they were going to do a vanishing act but I now think they have simply taken advantage of a
situation and decided they will be the first one to sell it.
Im sure they have upset a few other exchanges with this move..

They, Yobit, are selling non official tokens of Lisk before the dev officially starts selling it They are selling credits towards a coin that does not exist yet. The coin is Lisk, which is in ICO phase right now. Lisk devs have publicly stated that they were not involved and had no idea YoBit was doing this. YoBit is selling speculation that Lisk will release on schedule and that they can acquire the coins at a low enough price to provide to their users. As others have pointed out if YoBit pulls it off, they have done a favor for Lisk and early buyers. But an exchange is not supposed to call the shots on coin dev like that. It's not their coin. It's shady, sketchy, underhanded, and deceitful, IMHO. What sketchy move is next? Which coin or ICO will they hijack next? Will they run if their plan fails? I pulled all of my coins out of YoBit and am keeping my distance until I am comfortable that they aren't setting a scam to run. I am very seriously conflicted about ever depositing there again. I have lost lots of coins to shady exchanges in the past. If an exchange starts selling coins that do not exist and we buy them, then what will they try next? How am I to trust an exchange that has opened its doors to selling promises and IOUs? |

There are good reasons why most reputable exchanges aren't trading tokens yet. Security reasons. Trump Eth will not hit exchanges until it is acceptable to do so security-wise. I'm not risking all of our money by listing on the first exchange willing to throw caution to the wind. Trump Eth will only be exchangeable directly with Trumpcoin through private hybrid nodes until Microsoft and Ethereum give the okay and documentation to properly list on exchanges. In its early phases, Trump Eth is not intended for exchange. It's purpose is to simply extend what you can do with Trumpcoin. When it's ready for exchange, it's direct tie to Trumpcoin will likely need to be untied. |

The current Trumpcoin cannot be swapped into the token. The current Trumpcoin is being swapped over into a new POS blockchain. This is not a token. It is a traditional standalone coin. The new Trumpcoin will be swappable with the new token in both directions. You can swap in and out of the token and the coin. If you swap from Trumpcoin into the token, you can use the smart contracts, Dapps, etc. If you swap from the token back into Trumpcoin, you can stake. Think of it like checking and savings where one is convenient while the other one is best for storage and collecting interest, except that you do exchange trading out of your savings accounts (for now). |
