I have made a trumpcoin.conf in the folder and let it sit all day and it still says no block source available and 7 weeks behind out of sync. This swap tottly screwd me because I can't do it and I had over 600,000 coins I looked into doing a paper wallet but to use the private key I still need to get a version of the desktop working and I won't be able to get to a desktop I trust for another month at least. This really sucks for me and everyone mad I dumped but just understand I'm mad too! I'm not happy about it I HAD TO! And I might have to dump the rest of my coin because I can't figure this shit out! Why can't you use make the swap seamless like other coins!
Did you do this?
1. Open Notepad and paste this...

2. Click File->Save As...
3. Change "Save as type" from text documents to "All Files" <--IMPORTANT!
4. Change "File name" to trumpcoin.conf
5. In the top of the Save As window there is an address bar. Paste this into the address bar then press enter...

6. Click Save
7. Restart your wallet.
I'm going to give it my best shot but if the price goes up I will take advantage and dump my coin but. I might wait till the last few hours and dump the trump the day before the swap idk yet. I know that if I do dump (witch is very likely )I will send all my trump coins to one new wallet on a new account on yobit and it will really hurt the price. Don't get discouraged we will all get through this and trump version 2 will have a fresh start and a bright future
Understand that we do not want ANYONE losing ANY coins are being very diligent to make sure that does not happen. I know the process is not what you are used to. But when the exchange that you depend on starts making fake coins to compete with their own customers (lisk iou) then you can no longer trust your exchange.
The swap will not be done in a way that sets people up for failure. It will be fair, honest and completely transparent.
Yes the swap is happening at a less than ideal time. We did not expect certain events and we did not expect the rocketship to show it's might so early. We thought creating demand would be much harder than it turned out to be. It's bitter-sweet at this early stage in the game.
But it's ok and we are moving forward regardless. We are reaching out to other exchanges and looking for a more ideal swap solution and we will do it manually if we have to. Chicken has laid everything out as a worst-case scenario and set expectations within what we can control at this time.
